Our family of four (two adults and two children) was returning from a vacation in France, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, going above and beyond to meet our accommodation needs. It was my husband's and children's first time visiting Tianjin, and the views from our hotel window were truly stunning. The hotel is very conveniently located, and both the facilities and service left us with wonderful memories. Once again, a big thank you to Jennifer. We look forward to staying with you again on our next trip back home.

I had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Tianjin Eyes. The front desk staff were extremely kind and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded to my messages before arrival. They went above and beyond to help me secure an early check-in, which made my trip much more comfortable. The hospitality and attentiveness of the team made a great first impression, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tianjin. It is located in the center of town which is very close to Tianjin Eyes, Canal and Ancient Town.

Absolutely stunning, very big, very clean, and located in the center of everything, a short distance from the Italian styles town and the Tianjin eye.. front desk very was a little bit slow maybe because she was working alone and we had to wait for a some time to get checked in, overall excellent service

This hotel is about 20 years old, and while its facilities are a bit dated, it's remarkably clean, and the view is absolutely stunning, with the Haihe River nightscape visible right from the window. As a long-standing chain, it still possesses a certain classic charm. Getting around mostly requires ride-hailing services, as it's quite a distance from any subway stations. However, I personally loved the option of going for an evening walk along the Haihe River, which was a big plus for me. The Ferris wheel is roughly 200 meters away, and right next to it, you'll find bustling night market food stalls, creating a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere on summer nights.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.

The hotel is newly renovated and just opened. It is estimated that in order to catch up with the November holiday, in order to put it into use as soon as possible, it seems a little rushed and insufficient preparation. There is still a clear decoration taste in the corridor, but the room is okay, it should be treated with a clean smell, so there is no smell in the room. The room is large, very clean, the facilities are very new and very useful, but the details are still a little insufficient, 1. Towels and bath towels are brand new, so there will be hairy cotton wool sticking to the skin after use. 2. There is no hook or hanging rod for washing clothes and bath towels in the bathroom, so it is a little embarrassing to come out naked after taking a shower. 3. It is a season of mosquitoes. Although there are no mosquitoes in the room, the hotel does not prepare electric mosquito coils, which is obviously not considered. 4. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel. This may not be very friendly to friends who come by car, but there are also some paid parking lots around, a little far away, about 5 minutes walk. Location: The location is not bad, about3-5 minutes from the subway station to ride a shared bicycle. Next to the main entrance of Beining Park, the park is very good, you can go shopping. In the alley opposite the main entrance of the park, there is a breakfast shop and stone mill mung bean pancake stall. The pancakes are not eaten because there is a queue. The early shop is very good. A few big sisters are busy. The gaba dishes and old tofu are delicious. You can do it with fried dough sticks. Soy milk is OK, and I feel that wonton should be good. But I really can't eat it, I don't have any. It is the breakfast shop that residents nearby often eat. I think it is better than the breakfast in Honghu.

what a beautiful place to say in a beautiful Tianjin. upon the arrival the entry decorations make you feel welcome. the staff was super friendly and super helpful. even when I was struggling as a foreigner in beautiful Chinese City, people are so kind and welcoming. Its easy getting transportation I would recommend arriving to Tianjin with Railway station on the West. they have a gym, a breakfast location and a robot delivering your food. the room is clean and big with a great view of the lake.

Stayed in many hotels and really felt at home for the first time. In terms of service, every waiter is very polite and polite, with their own sour plum soup mung bean soup to drink, and popcorn; I went out for breakfast and bought old tofu and gaba dishes. I borrowed two bowls at the front desk and got it smoothly. There is a traffic map to various attractions at the door, ask the waiter where to eat, and the answer is very comprehensive and accurate; It is also very convenient to have a food delivery robot. In terms of the room, the mattress is soft and comfortable, the curtains are soundproofed and light-proofed, and there is an air purifier in the room. Around the hotel, very close to the subway station, there are many delicious food nearby, Zhangji buns, various breakfast stalls are very delicious, and because it is near the residential area, the breakfast stalls are all locals in Tianjin, which can prove the level. It is highly recommended to stay at the level.

Parking is convenient, there are many parking spaces downstairs, next to the shopping mall, and close to the subway entrance. Tea is provided upon check-in, and the hotel staff is enthusiastic. At that time, I didn’t like the room type very much. The guy took me to several rooms and solved the problem very patiently and carefully. I stayed there many times. I will stay there next time.

I stayed for 3 nights, and the value for money was mediocre. Although the room was spacious, it came with quite a few issues. The first room we were assigned had a non-functional TV. We were then moved to a different room, but upon entering, there was a strange smell. When I asked the cleaning lady, she explained it was coming from the air conditioning ducts. The hotel is old and somewhat run-down, so I just had to put up with it. It was late, so I didn't bother asking for yet another room. I kept the window open all night and had to leave it open every day thereafter; otherwise, the odor was unbearable. Whenever I tried to call the front desk, the line was perpetually busy. I noticed reviews from May already mentioning this, and it's still unresolved by late August. Yet, on just the first day of my stay, they were already pressing me to add them on WeChat and leave a 5-star review. This kind of aggressive push for a 5-star review so early on is simply absurd. I've stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Focusing on the practical details and actual service should be their top priority, shouldn't it? Apart from the friendly cleaning lady, the rest of the staff were quite indifferent.
