Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. This time, I opted for a new package on Ctrip, which proved to be delightful. The room was immaculate, the facilities were well-organized, and the food was delicious. Moreover, the warm and gracious hospitality was consistent throughout my stay. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Selina from the Front Desk and Sunny & Coco from the Executive Club. Their professionalism ensured that my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Magnificent hotel with the highest level of service and comfort. Very attentive and professional staff. The layout of the room strikes with its design and individuality, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, modern appliances and other equipment, excellent care cosmetics in the room, brilliant panoramic view, etc. will satisfy the taste of the most demanding and refined guest. Special compliments to the hotel's Chef, the food is very tasty, beautifully presented. The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to explore the city, all attractions are within walking distance. I am grateful to the hotel for a pleasant stay on holidays and recommend it to all who prefer a refined, comfortable and professional level of service!

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

The front desk staff is so enthusiastic. The service is super super good. The little sister Jinyi is very beautiful, and the little brother Garfield can store luggage for free at the hotel front desk 🛅, which is very good. The hotel breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. The facilities in the room are also very new. I like it very much. There is also a rest area in the lobby. I am very satisfied!

The hotel room is very clean with modern facilities and decoration. There are additional bottles of water and juice and tea and coffee provided in the hotel room which came as a bonus compared to other hotels . There is also foot massage on the 2nd floor of the hotel which comes in handy after a full day walking in the city.

The hotel is close to Quanyechang. There are one-way streets nearby, so parking is not convenient. The front desk is on the second floor. Turn right after entering and take the elevator up. The staff are very enthusiastic, it feels like listening to a cross talk ❤️ The room is controlled by a small degree, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. However, the air conditioner was not very warm all night, and the room temperature kept showing 20 degrees. The nearby ”Porcelain House” is worth a visit👀 The dishes at Qihao Restaurant are worth trying👍🏻

The front desk staff greeted me with a cheeriness that could rival a cup of strong English tea. The check-in was smooth. Very convenient location. My room was spotlessly clean. The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.

great and convenient location, except slightly far from the metro station. the place and environment is perfect. clean units. might be difficult to find this place for the first time as local map and GPS might bring you to the other entrance. but once you know how to go to the hotel, it is easy to travel and move around in tianjin

Location location location. About 10 min walking distance from the Tianjin train station, a couple of min walking from Jingwan subway station, and right next to an old financial district with some European flavored and charming street. Plenty of food choices right around the corner so we didn’t choose hotel breakfast. Rooms are very clean and reasonable sized, plus a super friendly staff. Although the hotel is smoke free, we did smell a bit smoke in the room, which the staff explained possibly due to previous guests ignoring the hotel policy. For the second night, we requested a different room and was granted with no question at all. Although close to the river, the building is blocked by others, and so with no view. Overall, highly recommended.
