Hotel Review – 27th Floor Stay at Tianjin Trade Centre I recently stayed at a hotel on the 27th floor of the Tianjin Trade Centre, and it was a memorable experience. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic skyline of Tianjin that looked beautiful both day and night. Waking up to that cityscape was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made my stay convenient and enjoyable. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace was perfect for both leisure and work purposes. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials. Service was prompt and courteous. The front desk staff were professional and accommodating, helping with check-in and any queries I had. The hotel also offered easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas, thanks to its central location in the Tianjin Trade Centre. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with great city views and a convenient location in Tianjin, I’d definitely recommend booking a room on one of the upper floors, especially the 27th floor.

The room is large and equipped with complete kitchen supplies and equipment. It is very clean and makes people feel safe to use it. The staff are all of high quality and have good attitudes, making guests feel like they are at home. The breakfast is of good quality and has many varieties.

This time, we booked an apartment unit. The room was very spacious and fully equipped with amenities such as a microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine, which was extremely convenient. With two bedrooms and two beds, it was especially suitable for a family of three. The hotel service was excellent; Xiao Fan at the front desk was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming to guests. The hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it very convenient for getting around. Nearby, attractions such as the Wudadao area, the Haihe River, Food Street, and Ancient Culture Street are all within easy reach of the hotel.

The room is very big, free parking is available downstairs, Huanyu City is across the street, there are Lawson and 711 downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and I am generally satisfied.

I booked this for my boyfriend's birthday and set up some simple decorations. The room was really spacious, with the living room being ideal for decorating. The bedroom had windows on two sides, providing excellent natural light – perfect for great photos! Room service was super quick in bringing up anything we needed. The front desk staff were also fantastic; I told them I wasn't quite packed, and they graciously offered a late check-out.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

The hotel service is very good. The ladies are very considerate. It is very convenient to store your luggage at the front desk when you leave. During the May Day holiday, there is also a live clay figurine activity with Tianjin characteristics. It is so cute. It is a perfect stay experience. Highly recommended. Service: Very good

The hotel boasts a convenient location, within walking distance of the subway station, Xiaobailou, Tianjin Concert Hall, and several shopping malls. Taxis to other attractions were also quite affordable, typically around 10 RMB. It's a grand and beautiful century-old building with impeccable lighting and color schemes. I regret not having enough time to dine at the Western restaurant, but I'll certainly book a stay here again next time to make sure I try it. The hotel also features a 1.8-meter swimming pool, which adds significant value for money at this price point. While the room itself was a bit dated and had a slightly musty, old smell – understandable for a building of its age – the bedding and disposable amenities were of good quality. I especially appreciated the soft slippers and the foldable comb. As someone with a sensitive back, I found the mattress firmness to be just right, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. Many other hotels have overly soft mattresses that cause me discomfort and back pain. The room also benefited from high ceilings and ample space. The hotel maintained a quiet and pleasant atmosphere throughout. My whole family was very pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning.

This hotel has many advantages, such as a great location, spacious rooms, and a very satisfying breakfast. However, I won't be staying there again for a while due to the following drawbacks. First, the air conditioning was faulty. The room was 27 degrees Celsius and the control panel wouldn't work. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to the next room, which was 26 degrees Celsius, and the control panel also didn't work. It was almost 11 PM, and my wife and kids were tired, so I just put up with it. Although the hotel staff later told me on WeChat that they would upgrade the room next time, I just feel like the air conditioning is just that. I don't like heat and sleep better when it's cooler, so I won't be staying there again until the weather cools down. Second, the hotel opened this year, but the decor is very old-fashioned. The power outlet on only one side of the king-sized bed was for power, not a USB port. The light switches were also complicated; I couldn't find the bathroom light switch. The bathroom has clear glass, and the light is dimmed when the curtains are drawn. I slept in the light and 26 degrees Celsius for the whole night. Third, this hotel is so cost-effective that even getting slippers requires going down to the first-floor front desk. Is it expensive to have a robot?

The room is pretty good, relatively quiet and light-proof, the curtains are fully automatic, and the space is large. The breakfast is delicious! You can DIY the noodle seasoning yourself, which is very fragrant. But when I took the pancake, it was already cold, so it was still delicious when it was hot. There is a gym, which is relatively basic facilities. It is nice to have these to do some anaerobic exercises when you go out to play.
