整體性價比比較好，比較滿意，房間整體乾淨清潔，設施也還湊合，服務也還可以，如果要求不高，這是相對於不錯

酒店在居民社區附近，周邊吃飯挺方便，打車也方便，自駕停車也還行吧，酒店整體衞生還是不錯的，冬天衞生間地板也是温和而不是冰冷的，説明酒店整體暖氣非常舒服，不過酒店網上照片與現場照片差異大，建議更換掉，前台人員的服務理念有待提高，直到我反饋網上照片與現場照片不一樣的時候才想起給我要升級房間措施，可惜升級的套房還沒有這個好還是住這個吧。另外最嚴重的是酒店的消防逃生存在重大安全隱患，最裡麪的緊急逃生通道樓梯到室外的出口被雜物封堵了，嚴重不符合消防要求！一旦發生火災住最裡麪的人生命受到嚴重威脅！見後面幾張照片！

來天津跑馬拉松，臨時找住的地方，相比於北京的浮誇價格，這家酒店的價格和配置來説，性價比超級高，酒店還臨時給升級了房型，前台小姐姐也非常nice，附近吃的東西也方便的很，旁邊有家牛雜板麪真不錯。給酒店好評是必須的！

房間乾淨衞生，隔音也非常的不錯每天都可以睡到自然醒，熱水非常的足每天回來洗個熱水澡甩脱一天的疲憊。非常適合出差在外旅行。
