根大家分享下我的抓馬經歷吧！
最開始是在華住官網預訂的到店問過後發現沒有早餐後跟攜程比價發現衹比攜程便宜2塊並且不使用延時券的情況還12點退房便宜的那2塊也是因為我使用了積分才便宜的.
當天大概10點左右入住的，連換兩間全部有問題第一間床單有頭髮枕套是臟的，第二間是前台在的時候檢查的床單依然有頭髮，第三間入住的時候沒有問題晚上關燈的時候才發現洗手池的燈一閃一閃的有因為不是很亮而且很累了就沒有換，換了這麼多間沒有一間是沒問題的。
因為當天是我們紀念日本來是準備了驚喜給我男朋友的結果我男朋友來的時候前台直接給他拿了新房卡讓他上來了預訂人是我登記的也是我一個確認的電話都沒有就直接讓他上來了，衹要認識我的報名字就可以給房卡上樓唄，真的太嚇人了！
第二天退房時一個道歉都沒有反應過後也是無所謂的態度……
真的有點抓馬大家慎重選擇叭！

第一次入住星程酒店，體驗特別好，前台的服務非常熱情，幫忙打印文件，幫忙送餐，房間裏設施也很齊全，熱水方便空調暖和，床品非常乾淨，隔音很好。早餐豐盛，品種豐富，麪很好吃，咖啡也不錯。停車免費的。機器人送餐速度很快。附近超市很方便，洗衣房自動化。很好，十分推薦，非常棒的一家店，如同回到家，感覺很温暖，很温馨。下次還會入住的。真的十分感謝，熱情的招待。推薦！
