It’s my first time to come to China, I left my passport in a restaurant after I had dinner with my friend. I did not realize this until I arrived at ATOUR hotel. Because I cannot speak Chinese, it’s very hard to get a taxi, so I have to go to ATOUR hotel to ensure there is a staff can speak English or not, but I was delighted to find the manager can speak fluent English, and he drove me to that restaurant to find my passport. Because it’s my first time to come to China and I cannot remember the restaurant’s name, so it took about 2 hours to find my passport. Thanks for that manager, and I really feel the kind and brilliant service of the staff when I lived ATOUR hotel, WUQING, they are always kind , smile and professional, and they can help you to do anything if you need, thanks all the staff of the ATOUR hotel, WUQING, and I will choose ATOUR hotel again if I come to China next time.

酒店大堂設計的很温馨，擺了很多書都可以借閲，有免費的茶飲，水果茶、綠茶，地理位置也好，旁邊3公里就是高鐵站，酒店門口有免費的停車場，出行很方便，周邊便利店、餐館、葯店一應俱全，前台工作人員服務熱情細心，態度很好，剛進店就給倒了茶水，主動問尋了我的需求，還體貼的幫忙升級了房間，辦理入住很快，客服響應迅速，入住的房間設施完善，寬敞明亮，視野開闊，電視可以投屏，無線網絡也很快，整體打掃的很乾凈，房間的床品柔軟舒服，尤其是枕頭支撐力很好，一覺就睡到了天亮，淋浴水壓充足且水温穩定，熱水出水很快，洗護用品品質很好，味道好聞，房間隔音效果也好，空調運行穩定無噪音，晚上還有自助的深夜粥，早餐餐品很新鮮，種類很多，中西式都有，熱食、麪點、粥都有，味道可口，尤其是酒店的咖啡！味道醇香，品質非常好，洗衣房健身房都有，還有洗衣服務，健身房打掃的很乾凈，器具養護的很好，很用心，這次入住堪稱完美，很好的體驗！每一個細節都感覺到了酒店的用心，下次再來這個城市這個酒店就是我的首選！期待下次再來
