天津loft：剛進小區的時候其實預期蠻低的，因為覺得地方比較偏，但開門之後是別有一番天地，房間空間很大，微波爐，餐具等一應俱全，細節也蠻多的，比如我比較注重的馬桶會專門進行消毒，也有孩子喜歡的帳篷，遊樂設施，孩子長者都比較開心，在假期帶家人去體驗不同的住宿體驗，感覺很好，店家也非常nice，強推，下次還來住。

房間超預期，全家住的很好，孩子玩的很開心，老闆很熱情，幫忙延時到了兩點。酒店離海博，東疆親海公園都不遠，旁邊還有永旺，下次家庭出遊還會考慮這裏。

工作壓力很大 週末度假 本來打算就住一天，但是因為太心水了，又續了一天，對比其它LOFT酒店，樓梯很結實不會嘎吱響，衞生很好，設施齊全，枕頭和床超級舒服，空調也很給力，樓上樓下都暖和，花灑水壓剛好，很舒服，這次選了雙床房，一天睡樓上，一天睡樓下哈哈，總的來説，非常非常滿意，完全沒有槽點，下午出去散心囑咐店家搞衞生也很用心，服務很好，感覺充滿電又可以面對生活了，非常感謝店家的照顧，發自內心的好評

第一，酒店位置非常好找，公寓進出方便。
第二，工作人員服務好，主動幫忙升級房型，微信應答及時，基本有求必應。
第三，房間非常大，硬件設施齊全，用的上用不上的都給配備了，最關鍵的是住着很舒服！退房也是直接走人，效率超高。
第四，雖然酒店位置不在中心城，但就這個價格對應這個面積和配置來説，性價比極高了。
全家人都很滿意。

設施：基礎設施完善，空調給力，二層有落地小風扇，枱燈等齊全。廁所很大很乾凈。冰箱、微波爐也有。
衞生：房間衞生好，雖然屋子很大，但是角落均無垃圾。
環境：空間廣闊，佈置合理，裝修簡約舒適。挑不出什麼毛病。一個人住甚至有點太空曠了。
服務：老闆小姐姐人美心善，服務到位，公寓電梯上來即可辦入住，十分方便。服務態度很好。
總評：來天津出差，晚上到的，給升級了房型，後因工作安排多住了一天。房間真的很大很乾凈，住着很舒服。

臨時決定去天津玩的，
因為要去航母，
所以選擇區域放在了航母周邊，
這酒店應該是公寓酒店，
在寫字樓公寓裏面，
帶孩子出來，
就是多體驗不同的生活，
國慶期間，
這個價位也是驚艷到我，
以為會很一般，
一進去真的很贊，
房間很新，
裝修簡約時尚，
如果自帶鍋具，
都可以自己做飯了～
烤箱微波爐都有，
熱起飯來很方便～
附近沒什麼餐廳，
都需要開車，
或者外賣，
我們選擇了點外賣，
第二天起來去航母開車20分鐘，
非常方便，
簡單收拾了一下屋子
小姐姐會+微信，
退房給他説一聲，
入住輸入密碼～
非常方便
洗衣機什麼都有，
對於親子旅遊，
家庭首選吧～

房間環境很乾凈，面積很大，一般餐廳部分是分配兩發椅子，後來特意又要了一把，也專門搬過來了。服務很好，每天都有打掃衞生。晚上還可以看大投影，特別的舒服，孩子非常喜歡，以後還會再來~~~

房間挺乾淨的，就是設施有些陳舊，可以看到地板有發黴，衣櫃裏面也發黴了，服務態度還是挺好的，有求必應，回覆很快，最好的一點是小區免費停車，還有充電樁，對於自駕的家庭非常友好
