衞生部乾淨 床單臟 躺上去身上有瘙癢
房間有異味 有一股下水道的臭味
位置不符合 位置在秋鼎園 登記在文博園
半夜停電 半夜兩點停電 空調取暖直接關閉

地理位置有些不方便，離地鐵站很遠，但是離公交車站倒是挺近；房間稍微有些小，但是來這的基本上就是為了便宜，所以以上都不算大問題房間很整潔，裝修很新但是我不太喜歡這種裝修風格，衞生間的裝修很好；網上辦理入住也很快，服務人員態度也很好

來工大考試入住這邊，還是很乾凈的，設施也比我想的要新，老闆也及時解決了我的問題～如果可以在門下面搞一個海綿墊就好了可能更隔音^^昨晚咳嗽擔心有點打擾其他住客

房子環境什麼的都可以 但是就是店家並有經過我們允許，也沒有提前告知，就把我們訂的房間給換掉了，理由是偷個小懶，你們訂的那個有人續住了，不用打掃衞生，再者兩個房間並不是同樣價格，即便同樣價格每個房間的裝修也不一樣，我就不想換呢？你軟件上價格不同跟你提出你非得説換的一樣檔次的房間，讓誰看了到了自己房間被換也不高興吧，到了還是我們自己打電話問才説，我就是衝著我訂的房間文博園在路邊，你給我換到最裡麪得出去都要半天，還一副我不講理的樣子也搞不懂你是咋想的 幾乎是罵罵咧咧極其不滿的，在我説要麼給我換回去要麼補差價二選一之間選擇了給我補差價
