We had a good staff. The staff were friendly. The hotel is a bit older than the other Lavende hotels we have stayed at but it looks like they are doing some renovations.

The location is great and easy to go most tourist spots, within walking distance to Tianjin railway station, the Jiefang bridge and Italian walking street. The room service is good, bed is comfortable except breakfast is disappointing with the price we paid !

I'll book this place again next time. The service lady is very good. She upgraded me to a big room. Hahaha, I feel that the money was not wasted. She also gave me water. The room is very large, with a two-meter bed and a single bed, just enough for three people to sleep. The space is larger than the room I booked last time. The elders are very satisfied.
