The front desk service is good, the room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, and the overall environment is great

It’s really weird. There was a power and water outage. The electricity didn’t come back until 6pm. I couldn’t even pack my things and couldn’t go to the toilet. I was really speechless.

Very bad, very bad, very bad. If you can book elsewhere, don’t book this one. 1. We made a reservation to check in at 10 o'clock. We arrived at 12:30 and waited until 1 o'clock. There was no service at all at the front desk and the attitude was very average. When we saw other people coming out, we had to ask in person before they could arrange a room for us. If we wanted to upgrade or something else No compensation will be provided. 2. There were black stains on the sheets, and they did not offer or ask if we wanted a razor. We asked for it ourselves. It was very noisy and messy outside, the sound insulation was poor, and the facilities were old. 3. The takeout was not delivered to the room. When I asked the front desk, they were told that no one was available. The front desk and the guest room were not together. I put on my clothes and washed myself and went to get it. When I went there, I found three people at the front desk chatting. There were no polite words when checking out, the whole service was 0 All in all, this is the worst hotel in the same price range I have ever stayed in. The worst hotel in the same James Caffe brand, don’t stay there! Don't come and stay! Don't come and stay!

The hotel rooms are old, the hotel location is not good, and the nearby places are dirty! The bathroom floor tiles were broken, and a rubber anti-cut foot board was placed on them, but it was extremely uncomfortable to step on! The toilet in the bathroom has a push button for flushing, but the push button is too tight. It takes a lot of effort every time to push the button to flush. What a failure!

The front desk service attitude is poor, the facilities are not good, the hygiene is average, the sheets and pillowcases are still bad, the breakfast is not worth it, I have never seen such a simple and perfunctory breakfast, like a private hotel, I'm sorry for the James Joyce Coffetel brand, I will not stay again

What could be more annoying than the howling in the room next door in the early morning? I really regretted booking a room directly without clicking in. Really I blame myself for not being able to travel through time. So scary
