第一次給差評，忍無可忍！首先老闆電話根本沒打通過！其次大半夜十一點多沒有熱水，洗不了澡！最後通過攜程客服找到民宿老闆，派人修，結果熱水有了直接100度燙**！擰到能洗澡的温度水流特別小！勉強洗了洗澡！其他問題，衞生間洗手池下水道堵的！整體衞生條件一般！入住一晚地下停車場收費總計消費118元！地下停車好後這個民宿位置不好找！電話打不通衹能靠自己找！民宿沒有專職負責人員一律1樓大廳自己碰運氣找到能給房卡的人！有廚房不讓用，小朋友做個輔食特意找民宿想做簡單飯，用不了！雖然房間景色很好，但是體驗感0分！不想心驚膽戰入住，不想惹氣的避坑！！！

過來天津出差，公寓離天津之眼瓷房子都很近，旁邊還有地鐵站商業中心，房間裡邊還有油煙機和電池爐如果常住的花也很方便，就是有個房間的門鎖有點文體比較難開，需要用比較大力才能開起來，希望下次入住能夠解決這個問題

公寓酒店有服務人員協助入住，房間超大設施良好，房源緊鄰河邊，景觀佳，附近就有購物廣場及公車站，惟空調聲音有點大聲。

優點也就衹有一個，城市夜景很好看，坐在飄窗上看夜景很不錯。
缺點一大堆，地板斑駁，設施老舊。
門卡感應不靈敏，門把手晃晃悠悠的。
房門衹能打開一半，與地面卡死，無法全開。
窗户把手也是晃晃悠悠的，差點關不上。
淋浴頭無法調節，也無法換成頂噴，洗澡很難受。
吹風機是壞的，害的我濕着頭髮睡覺。
空調老化，噪音很大，影響睡覺。
保潔不來打掃衞生和補礦泉水。
最離譜的是我訂房間時詳情頁上寫的面積是60㎡，打開房門一看還不到40㎡，這不是屬於欺騙消費者嗎？

先説優點：在金融中心隔壁，城景好看；電視尺寸大，能投屏；暖氣很足，甚至有點熱
再説缺點：沒有任何酒店名稱標識，很難找；窗簾遮光效果幾乎沒有，天一亮就得醒；廁所黴味很重；走廊有人説話屋裡聽得一清二楚
個人認為對於200多的價位來説差了點，如果是150以下還能接受
