Nice clean hotel with good breakfast at good location

I really love the room, one huge room even for the standard room. The location is near with my partner business, although i would say it's not a great location for tourist who are looking for restaurants or tourist attractions. But overall, i would recommend this hotel to anyone. Worth the price!

A perfect stay, The hotel was clean and the service staff was excellent. Mr Vito the manager at the hotel spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcomed. When the hotel restaurant was closed the staff managed to fix me a sandwich and a coffee in the lobby. Keep up the good work. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The hotel is located near the Wuqing District Government with convenient transportation. The hotel service is thoughtful. When checking in, I upgraded the room type because it was not the peak season. The VIP room has a bathtub. It is very comfortable to take a bath after a day of playing. The hardware of the room is good, simple solid wood style, and well decorated. The smart room voice controls the curtain switch. The smart robot delivers to the door and responds to every request. The bathroom is equipped with Toto equipment, which is very convenient to use. There are many types of breakfast. I went there on holidays, and there were not many people at 8 o'clock. If I want to say where to improve, I have 2 points. First, the hair dryer in the bathroom is recommended to be replaced. The wire is short and the experience is not good. Second, the buttons of the elevator door need to be pressed with body temperature, which is not a good experience. It is recommended to optimize. I will stay at your house next time I come

The environment of Wanhua Hotel is elegant and has a French romantic style. The lady in charge of reception at the front desk was warm and considerate, and efficient (there was another team checking in at the time). She upgraded me to a guest king room, which was spacious and comfortable. There was also an air purifier in the room and free drinks in the minibar. The hotel has a lot of free parking spaces. The location is also very good, less than ten minutes' drive from Florence Town. The hotel's breakfast is great! The variety is very rich and the ingredients are very fresh! The room rate is relatively affordable among hotels of the same level in Wuqing, and it is cost-effective!

The check-in experience was very bad! First of all, the layout was not good, the mirror was facing the bed, and the bathroom was very small! Secondly, the room was arranged next to the duct fan. The equipment started at 6 o'clock in the morning, and the noise in the room was very loud. I couldn't sleep at all! It took almost half an hour for the takeaway to be delivered to the front desk. The staff didn't use the food delivery robot to help deliver the takeaway, and they needed to call to urge! I communicated with the front desk that I needed to change the room the next day, but they didn't reply in time! Like other guests, I spent the same money, but arranged such a room. I think it is not worth it!

The room facilities are generally good, and it would be better if some children's facilities could be added. There were too many people for breakfast, and it felt like the waiter was overwhelmed. The plates were almost empty, and everyone was queuing. It was very unreasonable to put all the freshly made dishes in one window, and the chef was overwhelmed. If you predict that there will be a lot of people for breakfast, you can reduce the freshly made recipes and prepare the goods in advance.

After checking in, I found that the toilet extension was only 15 cm away from the wall. Damn, do you think that the guests are dwarfs to sit down to poop? This is a rubbish hotel! I will never stay here again! There is no management and no hardware! By the way, it takes ten minutes to figure out how to press the elevator button, otherwise no one knows how to do it!

It is not far from Florence Tianjin, less than ten minutes by car. It is less than five minutes by car from Wanda. There are not many hotels with family rooms nearby. You can choose this place if you bring children. The family room is spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub. The two beds can be put together. The waiters Xiao Yang and Xiao Liu are very enthusiastic. The service is very good. The things I forgot in the hotel were also mailed home in time.
