非常非常非常滿意，住過很多酒店，鼓樓這家Novotel無論從位置、房間佈局和硬件、衞生、服務、風水都沒得挑，捨不得走。下回來一定還要住這裏！本來衹住兩天，因為住的太舒服了太滿意了，所以續訂了四晚，也因此更深度的探索了天津。酒店前台小哥看我帶父母，把家庭房幫我們升級了。房型非常好，通透，有大大的窗户，一推開門過了玄關可以第一眼看到絕美夕陽，那一刻就覺得太值了！氣場風水非常好，整個人都被好的能量滋養了。床品很舒服，隔音也好，每一晚都睡得非常好。期間我買了很多東西快遞包括重物，機器人不能送的都是酒店專人給抬上來。前台小姐姐很有眼力見，我要拆快遞，立刻拿刀幫我拆好放進一個新袋子給我，一看就是受過很專業的培訓。打掃衞生的阿姨也非常熱心，每天都會補免費飲料。每一位都是微笑服務。感謝每一位工作人員的付出，給我們的出行拉留下如此完美的體驗！

第二次來天津入住天津鼓樓諾富特酒店了，感覺很親切。這次入住的雙床房，房間很大，衞生間也很寬敞。酒店隔音是很好的。早餐也很豐富。前台的工作人員都很熱情，迎來送往的，還給我們提供水。大堂還有COSTA咖啡，下次來天津還住這。

房間空間很合適！設施很好用，電視投屏超級好用，晚上一起看劇超讚！冰箱、冰桶都有，想要冰塊前台也會讓小機器人送來，在酒店冰支幹白喝看着劇超級贊！
前台的服務超級好，可以免費停車！衞生很乾凈！
地理位置去哪裡也都很方便，總之出遊強烈推薦！

房間中規中矩，酒店位置優越，去哪都方便，最適合旅遊居住。馬路對面就是鼓樓，離海河不到一公里，旁邊有居民區可以吃地道早點，也有恆隆百貨京東Mall。
設施：二樓有公共洗衣房，免費洗烘，真的很貼心。不足之處是數量少，衹有2套，晚上總會排隊。

鼓樓諾富特位置很好，入住順利，還免費升級豪華高層，窗外風景挺美，去哪兒遊玩和品嚐美食，都非常方便。走路十分鐘到海河，兩岸夜景媲美外黃浦江。
酒店內部環境優美，服務周到貼心，是商務出行和居家旅遊的首選。
遺落一條褲子，前台找到了，主動快遞過來。我們要到付，前台不讓，金額不大，但讓客人暖心。

入住一開始遇到了一點小曲折，但好在都順利解決了，服務態度確實是沒得説，臨走還送了小禮品，情緒價值給滿。特別喜歡房間裏的轉角沙發和圓桌，適合點外賣聊天吃飯，水吧第一輪免費，整體房間空間挺大的，距離古文化街區600多米吧，走着去就行。
