一家小而華麗的民宿，地處五大道文化街區，周邊環境很好，這個地方是解放前的租借區，有很多受保護的小洋樓。這家民宿是歐式裝修風格，房間內很華麗。乾淨衞生。有停車的地方。

下單沒多久就來電詢問啥時候到店，到店後辦理手續很快。不過還是抱着有一説一的習慣，實話實説。看到都是滿分的點評，原本預期很高，現實蠻失落的：1、樓道味道依然很大，我住的房間裏倒是不太大，但總有味道鑽進來；2、不是古建築改建；3、床單被罩睡得還舒服的，但是會粘東西在睡衣上；4、下單後半小時大幅降價，心裏挺不舒服的。

新開的一家很優秀的酒店，環境高雅，裝修有檔次，儘管剛剛開業，但是沒有任何味道。老闆和老闆娘人特別好，還給送了水果，很周到，也很熱情，有求必應。位置也很好，交通方便，周邊有很多特色餐館。

位置很好，就在五大道邊上，出門沒幾分鐘就是五大道景區，特別方便！房間環境也很好，乾淨衞生，老闆熱情周到，落了東西在房間，也及時幫忙寄回。特別贊，推薦推薦！！！

房間乾淨整潔，衞生做的也不錯，洋樓的風格，擺設以及淋浴等設施，也是古香古色的，很有歐式風格。周邊都是洋樓，很應景。

服務好、衞生好、環境好，小院外就是景區，小院內別有洞天，住宿在五大道景區裏，又恰逢海棠節，活動熱鬧非凡、景區繁華盛開、夜景美不勝收。趁早晨人少出來打卡拍照，晚上在門口參加活動、欣賞夜景，是個適合深度遊的好住宿。

很值得推薦的一家民宿，確實如網上所評價，地理位置好，就在景區五大道一帶，周邊都是漂亮的小洋樓。不僅設施齊全，而且衞生打掃的很乾凈，舒適温馨如家般的感覺哦！就連洗漱用具都是質優精美的小包裝，智能馬桶讓女兒很開心。雖然趕上十一價格比平時貴了點，但好像十一的啥價都比平時貴些，話不多説直接上圖吧！
