房間乾淨，有免費全自動洗衣機，（不準放鞋襪在裡邊洗，不會用別亂搗鼓，先請教怎麼用！大叔很怕洗衣機被用壞，曾聽到有個精神小夥瞎搞洗衣機，差點用壞了，大叔可擔心了。）、免費飲水機飲水，長期保持有桶裝純凈水。有冰箱，不過好像是前台大叔和大爺自用的；價格適中，設施齊全，就是一樓沒有另一個出口。萬一被***、仇家堵住正門，面對這種情況，很難跑掉。可能通二樓的樓梯口那的門，是另一個出口。二樓估計，也會
有另一個出口。總體感覺不錯。

非常老舊的居民樓裏的開的民宿，房屋面積很小，衞生狀況一般。老闆服務還不錯。有晾衣服的地方，有免費的公共冰箱，洗衣機，飲水機。

在老小區裏，房間就是老房子的那種
但住的很温馨，像自己家一樣
房東大爺人也挺好的
四周也很方便
五一實在找不到酒店
別的酒店溢價也很嚴重
這家性價比還是蠻高的
離地鐵站騎車大概五分鐘

體驗感很不好，首先所有東西都需要和老闆去要，空調遙控器，洗髮水沐浴露，牙膏牙刷等等，而且那種小袋的洗髮水像是從垃圾堆裏撿來的，和老闆要個空調遙控器，老闆嗤笑一聲説，這種天氣還需要開空調嗎？我當時就挺無語的。而且衹有一個枕頭，衞生間也超級小一個，別人的雙眼皮貼還貼了一堆在鏡子上，臟臟的，以後再也不會去了，避雷！！！！！

這麼多年住的最差的一次，各方面都差到底線，作為服務行業，不管你是旅社也好還是酒店也好，最基本的服務態度要有，這個旅社就一個**，態度極差，好像住店是求着他似的，要個洗漱用品還讓自取，去取吧還質問要這個幹嘛？該有的牙刷牙膏毛巾洗頭水沐浴露口杯廁紙等基本用品都要一樣一樣的要，**還很不滿意不想給！房間裏角落裡都是塵土，都沒有打掃，廁所還有上任旅客用過的洗漱用品，破蹲便小到簡直都蹲不下，插座都找不到，房間櫃子上還堆着個沙發，看着挺詭異。店裡老闆不在，致電態度還是不錯，同意給調換房間或者再提供個插板，結果這個**怒氣沖沖上來，劈頭蓋臉堅決不給換，也不給提供插板，簡直就是個**！隔音根本沒有，簡直説話都能聽的一清二楚。下輩子都不住這個店！
