We have stayed 2 nights. Our host was very friendly, helping and always there for us. Our room was well equipped! There is also drinking water and tea for free! The entrance to the Great Wall is just next to the house (2min walking distance). Because there was no taxi our host offered for money to drive us to our next destination (50km). We really recommend this Homestay/Inn/Hotel

There was no room, so Ctrip coordinated with the boss and arranged for a nearby farmhouse. We had to go back to an inn to eat. Lunch was a la carte, and the fried pepper buds were delicious. Breakfast the next day is 20 yuan per person. It includes flatbread, eggs, polenta, fruits, side dishes, eggs with sesame sauce, ham sausage, and soybean curd. If it is not enough, you can add more. Overall it is very comfortable. The location is right at the foot of the Great Wall, a five- to six-minute walk. There are activities on the Great Wall starting in July, and a night tour of the Great Wall is also a unique experience.
