房間大小符合實際，但是走廊地毯較臟，有顯著碎渣積存，燈也昏黃。房間內外設施較陳舊，簡陋的世紀初奢華感。
情形比商務酒店更加商務酒店，夏季空調很冷。
位於市郊，打車的話還得過孵化園區的入口攔停識別車牌，而且往往識別不出來，極大減慢了效率。
幾個酒店都在一棟樓上。

服務態度老好了，在這住好幾天了，缺啥給啥，説話都輕聲細語的，人長得也漂亮，房間陳設也到位，什麼都很乾凈還有送的牛奶護手霜也很好，支持本店，值得體驗前台小妹妹服務很好

前台服務挺好的，房間也很大，但是呢，裝修有一些老舊了。前台小姐姐人挺好的，可以幫我們寄存行李。演唱會定的離場館還算近吧，走路20分鐘左右，周邊吃的也很多，但是一個最大的缺點是隔音不太好，早上6:50能聽到房間外面很吵的聲音。睡眠不好的人還是要自己帶耳塞。

酒店斜對面就是夜市，非常熱鬧，離奧體中心開車幾分鐘路程，酒店設施衹能説一百多也就這樣了。還可以吧！就是毛巾太舊了，不敢用！
