We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel. Only inconvenient: they didn't accepted the payment through Trip.com, they consider that payment, so they requested payment when I was checking out. The money payed in Trip.com was returned, but they should have explained this before, through the system.

Great ambience and location. Near scenic spots are Few good Museums, grand theatre and Happy Jin. If you need peace and tranquility in your stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. A little away from the hustle and crowd of the city with a good comm network (metro). The only inconvenience was not having any mall or convenience stores nearby. Service was excellent.

The room facilities were old and there were obvious signs of wear and tear in many places, which made people feel very uncomfortable. The sanitary conditions were also worrying, and dust could be seen in the corners. There was nothing special about the catering. In short, this experience was very bad. It was completely unworthy of its reputation and price. One star was too much. I will never come again.

It was very convenient to stay here for a concert. It was only 3 stops to Tianjin Stadium. Tianjin West Railway Station, the hotel and Tianjin Stadium were all on Metro Line 6, so there was no need to transfer. The place was very clean and the service was good, especially Fan Shuo and Ma Tao, who upgraded the room and sent small drinks. I will consider staying here next time I go to a concert.

There are no formal restaurants and breakfast spots within 1.5 kilometers around, so it will be hard to find food. Ps: There will be a breakfast stall downstairs two days before the May Day holiday, with steamed buns, fried dough sticks, pancakes, etc. Although the price is a bit more expensive, it is quite clean. Unfortunately, it was gone on the morning of the 5th. In general, this hotel is more suitable for business people to stay, and the overall cost performance for tourism is still very high. After all, the Orange Crystal on Binjiang Road at the same time is over a thousand, but it takes a little effort to travel and eat.

The environment of the park is OK, but there are a few problems. One is that the air conditioner is broken. Another is that the bathroom has a strong musty smell.
