We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

Good hotel. Only inconvenient: they didn't accepted the payment through Trip.com, they consider that payment, so they requested payment when I was checking out. The money payed in Trip.com was returned, but they should have explained this before, through the system.

Great ambience and location. Near scenic spots are Few good Museums, grand theatre and Happy Jin. If you need peace and tranquility in your stay, this is the hotel I would recommend. A little away from the hustle and crowd of the city with a good comm network (metro). The only inconvenience was not having any mall or convenience stores nearby. Service was excellent.

The room is big and the hotel is very grand. We were attracted by the large double bed. We stayed in a non-smoking room on the 7th floor. The staff said that it was close to the elevator and there might be noise, but it was actually very quiet and we slept very well at night. There was also a bathtub in the room and the children took a bath. The hotel has a parking lot and charging stations, which is very friendly to trams.
