I really rarely give negative reviews to hotels, and I will never go there again! Tuanbo Lake Hot Spring Hotel is a hotel I have stayed at many times in the past few years. I used to like the hotel’s private hot spring room very much! This time I was surprised! First of all, there was no receptionist or notice board in the check-in hall of the originally booked hot spring room. I couldn't find the place to check in. I called customer service and was informed that I had to go to the villa area about 300 meters away to check in (the customer service staff was a person with a belt). A boy with tattoos, blunt in speech, rude, unenthusiastic, and indifferent) It turns out that this hotel has a breakfast buffet. Even during the mask period, packed lunch boxes are provided for consumption in the room. Now it is changed to downstairs. Shop (choose one from a noodle shop or KFC) Let’s talk about the room. It’s called an upgraded private hot spring villa. The room facilities are old, dirty, and damp. It’s totally worth the price of a few hundred dollars (even if this price is... You can stay in some high-end four-star or quasi-five-star hotels in Tianjin city) and there is no hotel service or management staff from check-in (except this very cool boy). The most annoying thing is that the hotel hot spring is actually full of Tank of cold water! ! ! (They all come here for this hot spring.) To be honest, it’s better not to put it in. I can’t let the cold water out. I couldn’t soak in it at night. So I tried to open the hot water outlet and let it sit overnight. The water temperature was barely enough to get in the water the next morning ( Slightly lower than the swimming pool water temperature) the room is still very humid! I packed my bags and checked out early in the morning! It’s really too bad, it feels like it’s about to close down and finally harvest a wave of leeks!

The check-in is divided into two floors, there is no clear guidance, and the service is even more difficult to run around with luggage.

The facilities and equipment are old. It’s really cold in winter. The children had a great time playing. The hotel room is very clean inside, but the outside is a bit unbearable.
