Location is fantastic, right on pedestrian Street very convenient, and nearby to metro and all the attraction. Hotel facility very high tech, very nice experience. Only thing that could have been better is the toilet, if can joint rather than split to 2 part, will be more convenient.

I love their family room, big bed, bright and clean room, separate bathroom and closet. Although the car can not enter the hotel area but it is still walking distance. Location is great, very near to mal and a lot of shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was overall ok. Very good position, in a shopping area and near the metro. The staff has been professional. The room had a misfunctioning window, which made the room cold unless keeping the heating on all time, that was very noisy

A wonderful hotel in a very convenient location. Right next to 2 pedestrians the staff was very friendly. Riverside 66 is a 2 minute walk away.

Hygiene: Maybe I have high requirements for hygiene, not very clean
Service: I really don't like asking for good reviews all the time, and I didn't say I was giving you a bad review. From the time I checked in, I made a note that I needed to be quiet and away from the elevator when I placed the order. When I arrived at the store, the front desk said that I could upgrade the room type for free but required good reviews. Secondly, I checked out and said it would be a little later, about 13:30, and the same problem, saying that it was normally 12 o'clock, and it could be delayed but I had to give good reviews. I was really speechless. If I didn't give good reviews, I couldn't delay it. When did the guests' requirements become the reason for you to ask for good reviews?
Facilities: I borrowed umbrellas and nail clippers several times but couldn't borrow them 😓
