進入房間後發現房間有圖片不符。
衞生:沒有乾淨的地方，地板非常臟，很多土，衞生間毛巾還有污漬，沒有一條能用的。
環境:旁邊工地施工，隔音為零。
服務:晚上辦入住後發現房間門無法反鎖，打電話給前台，回覆是房卡衹有一張，不會有人能進去，沒有提供任何的解決方案。完全就是糊弄人，不想解決問題。
設施:衞生間馬桶無法沖水，打電話後，另外一個前台小姐姐服務還不錯，提出換房，解決了問題。
但是，總體來説，一無是處，感受極其無語。
