The hotel is very close to Haiguangsi Subway Station, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel lobby is quite grand and the rooms are pretty good, basically consistent with the pictures online. The breakfast restaurant is a little small, in sharp contrast to the lobby, and the breakfast is not delicious.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, but the hotel's services, facilities and hygiene are worrisome! Let’s talk about the service first. There was a peculiar smell in the room. To solve the problem, I sprayed air freshener and booked a video room. Then I was directly assigned a double bed room without being informed or discussed. After asking the hotel service staff, they were told to refund 20 yuan. The money difference is solved! The toilet in the room was broken. One moment, the maintenance staff was told to go to work at eight o'clock, and the next, they were told to go to work at nine o'clock. In short, all kinds of speechless things! In terms of hygiene, we were traveling with a baby, so we booked the hotel because it said "baby-friendly". We thought it would be cleaner than others that didn't have this feature, but... let's just look at the pictures! Finally, after negotiation between Ctrip and the hotel, one of the room charges was refunded. It was so comfortable and smooth to go out and play. This hotel really made me not stay there a second time! We booked three rooms. Sanitary problems are common in every room. The floors are sticky to the feet. Another point is that when we went to the hotel to solve the problem, they repeatedly showed that they did not want Ctrip to get involved. I would like to change it to someone else. WeChat, wanted to resolve it privately, and also asked me not to write negative reviews. I almost never write reviews, but this hotel is the only one that asked me to write such a lengthy review!

Hotel location: 4-5 kilometers walk from Tianjin Station. Taking a taxi is faster. My husband and I arrived in Tianjin at night, so we went for a stroll. It was really nice to see the night view of Haihe River. The distance is not bad~ Hotel hygiene and facilities: It is really a good hotel for the same price. The bed and pillows are very clean and comfortable; the smart toilet, my husband said is very easy to use~ Finally, I would like to say that the overall decoration of the hotel is low-key and atmospheric, very comfortable~ I will still choose this hotel when I go to Tianjin in the future~
