Very clean and spacious hotel room, the breakfast spread is good, and room services are done efficiently by a cute robot. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, looks new and the breakfast is extremely delicious - also for foreigners. The rooms are OK. BUT the gym is a joke => there is NO equipment for strength training! This was very annoying to me - just some treadmills… At 05:25 in the morning some alarm was starting for about 10 minutes - I couldn’t sleep afterwards.

太噁心了！避雷這家酒店，感覺和希爾頓沒有半毛錢關係！！一進房間先是電視看不了，叫了人來看也折騰了半天才好。這都算好的，結果毛巾裏面有一縷很長的頭髮！！！噁心死了！！！打電話給前台反應這個情況，處理方式就是補送一條毛巾？？而且是，讓保安送上來的！！！（前台原話，“保安”）甚至連個保潔能給送一下的都沒有嗎？？？房間整體衞生也很一般，整個五一期間住了不少酒店，這家是整體最差的！！還有房間不提供浴袍，之前在北京住的也是歡朋，提供了餅乾，浴袍很舒適，如果喜歡還可以去前台買，同樣是歡朋差距這麼大？？

房間很乾凈，但是房間有點腥味，開着窗户，後來好一些。酒店服務熱情，酒店周圍環境不錯，早餐很豐富，中西餐結合，滿足大多數的口味。
