Frontline staff were all helpful, although a little more warmth in service will make them great. Breakfast variety was the same the 3 days i stayed, and taste was so-so. Coffee machine broke down on 3rd day and could not recover. May be a slight problem for non-Chinese speaking guests, as English proficiency is rather limited.
