Environment: Close to the Olympic Sports Center. Since we drove by ourselves, it was convenient to go anywhere. This time we chose a place a little further away from the city center, away from the hustle and bustle. Facilities: The room bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. You don’t have to go downstairs to get takeout. It’s good to have a robot deliver it. Service: Let’s talk about the good aspects first. I brought my girlfriend to catch up with the third anniversary. I contacted the hotel in advance to help decorate the room. The effect was very good. The employees worked hard without asking for any return, which is worthy of praise. Negative comments! ! : There was a problem in the breakfast process. There was water on the ground. The cleaning staff did not stand up and did not clean it in time, which caused my family to fall. After the fall, no waiter came forward to help, and even had to clean it up quickly. It felt like they wanted to destroy the evidence quickly. What made people angry was that the cleaning staff knew that there was water on the ground, and it was a child who made it on the ground, but they did not react. Afterwards, the cleaning staff did not apologize at all, which was quite bad. The second picture was the day after the incident. Fortunately, there was no fracture or other problems, otherwise this matter would not be as simple as a simple apology.

It's already a high floor, but it's still a bit noisy when the windows are open. It's much better when all the windows are closed. The service is very thoughtful, and breakfast for two is provided. I'm quite satisfied.

Environment: Take Metro Line 6 from Tianjin West Station to the Cancer Hospital, and walk 1.5 km to the hospital. The hotel sign is large and easy to find. Service: When I checked in, the front desk staff gave me a glass of honey water, which was very considerate. The overall feeling is good, and it is still very comfortable to stay at Atour Hotel.

The parking lot is at the back, but there is a small back door that can go directly upstairs. Accommodation and parking are free. The room is very clean. It's just the ordinary double bed room we stayed in. The room is relatively small. But it's not a disadvantage. It's quite clean inside and the bedding is also very good. Overall, I am very satisfied.
