我是11月16日入住該酒店，17日去餐廳用早餐時，把隨身攜帶的包落在餐廳，餐廳工作人員發現後交到前台，我們駕車走出三百多公里發現包不見了，及時聯繫酒店前台，服務人員經核實確認後，給聯繫順豐快遞寄給我們，服務人員的態度好令人感動，衷心感謝該酒店的工作人員
