rooms are not as displayed in the app. Very old and dirty. We were already 15 years ago in this hotel, when it still was called Mei Shan hotel. We thoght it was renovated meanwhile, but we felt nothing has changed.

離醫院近所以選擇了這家，應該是一個挺老的酒店，前台不錯給升級了房間，影音大床房也不怎麼大，設施比較陳舊，牆皮都掉了。感覺性價比挺低。

訂了酒店差不多最貴的房間。房間裏臟的不行，杯子臟的沒眼看。半夜聽見鬼哭狼嚎的KTV唱歌的聲音，持續一個小時還沒有停，跟前台反應，前台説上來個人看看，看完説樓上有個會所也沒有解決辦法，我要求換房，換低一點樓層，沒同房型低一級的房就給我補個差價。補差價換房反正最後前台同意了，換了一間低樓層標間。第二天退房時前台態度極其不好，還讓我自己在攜程上操作換房型退差價，且不説昨天訂的房今天能不能操作換房型，酒店的問題讓客人或攜程買單沒這樣的道理。酒店表示我的錢付給了攜程，沒給他們。我想請問攜程每個月不給你們結算嗎？什麼事都讓客人找攜程。我從攜程訂房，攜程給我按照需求訂好了，我也入住了，因為酒店自己的問題，產生投訴切酒店同意退差價，酒店不解決，直接推給客人與攜程去解決，我的費用是先付給攜程了，但是最終攜程會跟你們酒店結算，房費會轉到酒店的賬户好嗎。折騰的一晚沒睡，前台態度不好還讓我自己解決，真是服了。
