不是很愉快的入住經歷，因為一共訂了連續四天的訂單，系統顯示兩點後可入住，提前聯繫房東，他説三點才能入住、兩點後就是三點，並多次提及可加錢換更好的房間才能提前入住。我們拒絕後，等到三點多才告知我們房間密碼，結果進去一看：衞生間馬桶上有不知名毛髮，用了半卷的衞生紙，沒有毛巾，兩條浴巾是臟的，客廳空調是壞的，Wi-Fi連不上，冰箱是臭的，二十個燈泡衹剩兩個燈泡是好的，燈光巨暗。樓上樓下的四件套拉鎖拉不上，枕頭一個有香水味，兩個有頭油味，明顯是沒有換！聯繫房東換房或退房，他表示衹能讓我們加錢才能給換房，並且加完的價格比同小區其他民宿都要高很多！我們無奈聯繫了官方客服協調退房，最後也沒有和房東達成一致意見，我們搬出了民宿去住了其他酒店，沒有給我們退款！

位置在天津很邊上的位置，距離天津之眼和意大利風情街都很遠，樓下沒什麼好吃的，不知道附近有沒有。房間有蟑螂，推門一進屋就是一直大蟑螂跑過去，還有很多小蟑螂在地上爬呀爬，不僅有活的還有死的蟲子，如圖。用廚房是要加收費用的，但是我們沒有用。衞生間的淋浴頭是壞的，沒法固定在哪裡。好的就是一樓有立式大空調挺好的。

黑心商家，掙昧心錢，你本身就是在腫瘤醫院周圍的住宿，我們常年奔波在看病的路上，情況隨時有點變化，並且提前和你商量過提前退房，不但不退，還惡意抬高房價，致使房間無法租出去，並不是錢多少的問題，而是這樣的商家真的很黑。
