設施非常老舊，房間內一股下水道的臭味，空調壓根沒有熱風，特別冷。要求換間房，前台男服務員態度惡劣，全程凶神惡煞，答覆就這條件，不願住就退房。這樣的服務員在前台搞接待，遲早把酒店搞黃了。

這酒店垃圾中的戰鬥機，基本都不搞衞生，每天放兩瓶礦泉水完事，給前台反饋前台大姐講我們就這樣，愛上什麼地方投訴隨便，我們老闆有關係不怕投訴。我都服了，這是什麼酒店，明明就是黑店！

五一期間和朋友兩家人一起來天津玩，知道五一期間人多，我們特意晚些入住，將近凌晨12點左右到這裏，停好車，進去酒店，是我們沒有見過的場景，臨晨12點多前面五六十人辦理入住，一條隊，一個工作人員，外加一個現場維持秩序的主管，我們強烈建議在開個窗口，人家主管表示一會兒就好，越着急越慢，無語，就這樣辦理入住排了將近一個小時的隊，凌晨一點四十入住成功！不容易。到我們離店的時候，孩子毛絨玩具忘在酒店，電話溝通第一次，人家前台也很配合，説是沒有，要是有的話阿姨會放在前台。電話溝通三四次，前台告訴我們阿姨以為不要了，把玩具扔掉了～東西忘在酒店不應該留存麼，直接被處理掉我也是第一次見。
