The location of the hotel was perfect for the place I intended to visit, however it was far from the train station. The hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. It was clean as much as you would expect a hotel room to be, though, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Everything else was good, nothing exceptional, just a quaint place to stay if you are ever in Wuqing, Tianjin.

The first room smelled very smokey. I had to change it. I went from the 1st floor downstairs to the front desk to change the room card. The second room smelled just as smokey. The door lock was still broken. The front desk didn't even know their door lock. Is it broken? I thought it was because I didn't know how to use it. After waiting for a while, the cleaning staff came to check and it was confirmed that the door lock was broken. The front desk asked me to go down to the floor to change the room card and return to the original room. I stayed in a hotel and went up and down 4 times and changed rooms three times. It was terrible👎

There should be a receptionist on duty at the front desk. Don’t let the old man on duty answer the phone at the front desk. The answers are short and rude. At 6 o’clock in the morning, a cement tanker truck and two Shifeng started working. Shifeng’s diesel engine👍
