The facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, the service is warm and thoughtful, and there is free parking. I am very satisfied. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.

Please avoid this hotel. I checked in thinking Green was a reputable brand, but the service was incredibly poor. I arrived at the hotel a little after 7 PM. After closing the door in my assigned room, I began to hear intermittent female moans. I opened the door and listened, realizing it was someone in the room across the street having sex. The noise was very loud and high-pitched. I booked a twin room to avoid being disturbed by a couple, so I went downstairs to report it to the front desk, hoping they would politely remind them not to disturb the other guests. They agreed verbally. I went out shopping and didn't hear anything when I returned, but it started again a few minutes later, still so loud I could hear it from across the room. I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but they wouldn't agree. Instead, they sent security to come and remind me. Even more infuriating, the security guard came up, knocking on my door instead of the opposite door, and loudly asking in the hallway where the noise was, saying he hadn't heard it. I wonder if a guest would report a problem without reason? And I reported it twice. If you didn't hear it when you arrived, wouldn't you have stayed a little longer? Why knock directly on the door of the person who reported the problem? They also spoke very loudly in the hallway. The soundproofing in this hotel is already terrible, but I felt like I was the one who needed to be spoken to. They didn't even knock on the opposite door to confirm, instead insisting they didn't hear anything, so it was okay. I called the front desk again to discuss the security issue, but they kept defending me, saying they were just trying to clarify things. They didn't even mention their own service issues, didn't help with the problem, and didn't even apologize! Even after I went downstairs and confronted the front desk, they still offered no apology, believing it was okay for the security guard to knock on my door instead of the one opposite where the noise was coming from. Only after I argued with them did they reluctantly apologize and offer to change rooms. Throughout the entire process, they showed no respect for me and no willingness to resolve the issue immediately. Instead, they shirked responsibility and dealt with me haphazardly. As a customer, I felt completely disrespected.
