The bathroom was full of water when I took a shower and it became a river. I couldn't take a shower afterwards because it was blocked and slippery. The water kept overflowing! The bedsheets in the room were wrinkled and they didn't change them at all as if no one else knew about it!! I sent a video to the store but they ignored me and their attitude was very bad. I asked the store for a solution but they didn't reply! I have stayed here with friends for several times and they have never solved the problem with this attitude and still have water blocking. I am speechless. I will never book again next time!
