The bed was not clean, one side of the big bed was soft and the other side was hard. I booked a premium big bed but got a special offer twin bed. I don't know why. On that day, there was a link for a premium big bed of more than 500 yuan available. I can't have booked it earlier and paid less. The air conditioner didn't have a remote control and they said the floor heating room didn't provide air conditioning. The kettle had to be unplugged to turn it off and it was too hot to touch.

The bathroom was full of water when I took a shower and it became a river. I couldn't take a shower afterwards because it was blocked and slippery. The water kept overflowing! I asked the store for a solution but they didn't reply! I have stayed here with friends for several times and they have never solved the problem with this attitude and still have water blocking.
