What a big disappointment! I trusted their advertisement and booked this hotel. The first three days no one came clean the room though we had “cleaning” sign hung on the door handle. They advertised with fitness center but in fact they don’t have one. Tried to contact front desk but it was always empty. Through trip.com, I shared my feedback to the hotel. Their admins Ms. Mao from the hotel has informed trip.com that “there is no gym available and the apartment does not have a 24hour front desk”. That’s a lie! I accept mistakes but dishonest is not acceptable. Please see below pictures how they advertised their “fitness center” and “cleaning”. I am not asking a 24 hrs front desk, at least there should be someone during the normal working hours. When we checked in, there was no one there, just left a note to call a Chinese cellphone number. I was lucky had someone with me, otherwise I was unable to call to check in since I don’t have a Chinese phone. Anyway, I honestly shared my own experience with you all, hope you consider well before you book with them.

Apartment is nice with great amenities, but location is a little bit far off from shopping malls or eating places as it is located near the highway (not within walking distance but easy to get private-hire transport via didi travel @ Alipay app).

Elevators- I’ve read the elevator review prior to booking but i will provide a few more insights. The third elevator is still broken as of December 2023. The other two elevators are available but small and was always full. The wait time is long because the elevator controller design is astonishingly stupid. There is a call button for every elevator so everyone presses all of them instead of one call button to control all the elevators. As a result each elevator will stop at all the floors.
Front desk-
Amenities (such as gym)- not available as advertised. there are amenities in the building but not for hotel guests.
Front desk- Unprofessional. Answer questions in unprofessional manner, play on phone, never greet guests, no attention paid when guests are visibly struggling with opening the front door.

The apartment hotel is across the overpass from the Hongqi intersection, facing the Tianjin First Central Hospital. You can live on the upper floors and watch the traffic on the overpass.
The room facilities are relatively complete. In theory, it should be possible to make a simple meal by yourself, with pots, pans, and bowls. The refrigerator and washing machine are complete, and the washing machine has a dryer, which is very convenient.
The bedding and bathroom are good, and are the grade of a star hotel.
There is a simple room cleaning service every day, but there were two times in the middle when only towels and water were replenished. I don’t know why no cleaning was done.
There is a confinement center in the building. The elevator is sometimes very busy, especially at mealtime, and the trolleys of the confinement center occupy the elevator. It is generally very convenient to avoid this time.
Good value for money, recommended.

There were apartments and a confinement center upstairs. If a girl is alone, it is not recommended to stay here because there are many people using the shared elevator.
