In my view, Ritz Tianjin is the branch with the highest service level. ( i visited Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing financial street and Beijing Huamao centre so far) 1. 3 days before arrival - The branch called me to confirm the number of visitors (couple + 7 month old); and the purpose of visit (wedding anniversary) 2. Upon arrival - We were greeted by friendly staffs whom helped us with our 3 luggages and they did it with a smile 3 Miss Freya Luo lead us to the check in and was explaining the restaurants and facilities of the branch 4. During stay, our garbage and room was cleaned up no less than 2 times a day (we only stayed 2 days) 5. Miss Freya, also helped us to arrange parcels (mainly infant diapers and napkins) to be sent to the hotel 6. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and its truly special The hotel is merely a room; the service provided by each of the staffs here makes this experience truly memorable Thanks again Freya!

Maybe it's because I had high expectations, but I'm disappointed that it's a pretty old hotel. And the worst part was the smelling at our floor. Although the hotel changed rooms and was kind. But when I woke up in the morning, I had a headache because of the smell of the bathroom. The staff was really kind, perhaps because of the Ritz-Carlton service training. I recommend a renovation for the next step.

The hotel is grand - and old-world stately charm, feeling like from another era. If you want glitz and glam you will not find it here. The staff was quite pleasant, helpful and responsive on every level from doormen, front desk to cleaning. The breakfast was top notch with lots of nice offerings.

I like hotels with courtyards, which is the reason why I booked Ritz-Carlton without hesitation. In fact, it is more like a castle full of artistic atmosphere. The European-style decoration is matched with the celadon style. It is bright and elegant. The corridor is covered with light brown pattern wallpaper, and the aisle is decorated with elegant landscape paintings and figure paintings. It is pleasing to the eye. 🌈The location is super good: near the Haihe Daguangming Bridge, a few steps to the riverside, the center of the former British capital, quiet in the bustling city. In front of the hotel is Victoria Garden. Going left is Jiefang North Road, the former Oriental Wall Street, the old site of major foreign banks, and now the Financial Street. The Tianjin branch of the Industrial and Agricultural Construction Bank is here, and Zhang Xueliang's former residence is also nearby; going right is Dagu North Road, from which you can go to the Porcelain House and the Italian Style District, no more than 2 kilometers away, and then go forward to the Tianjin Eye; right in front of the door is Tai'an Road, and the corner is the 12 STAY Coffee decorated with pink roses, which is suitable for punching in and taking pictures; go to the right on Tai'an Road, turn left at Zhejiang Road, and walk all the way to the Little White Building, Tianjin Concert Hall, and Wudadao, which is less than two kilometers away. It's a little surprise:) There is a corridor outside the room, and you can see the Haihe River from the corridor. 🌈 The bathroom is spacious and easy to use: it is the design I like, with two wash basins and a bathtub on one side🛁 The hotel service is very good. After dragging the luggage and leading to the room, the floor attendant will immediately ask if you need to add supplies; there are 6 bottles of mineral water in the room, which is enough. There is a shower and toilet on one side. The bathroom is from TOTO, and the toiletries are from the French diptyque brand, which are of good quality👍The toilet is electric, which suits my taste very well. Dyson's hair dryer, accessories are all placed on the ground for backup. 🌈 Convenient charging facilities: There are 3 USB charging ports and a socket on the bedside tables on both sides, and there is a row of sockets next to the desk, which is very practical. TYPE- C head needs to bring its own plug. 🌈 The breakfast is quite satisfactory: it is quite rich, with pancakes, noodles, fruits, salads, and juices. 🌈The service is very good: Check-in is very fast, there is a special person to drag the luggage and guide to the room, and the floor attendant will immediately ask if you need to add supplies; there are 6 bottles of mineral water in the room, and the attendant will also take the initiative to give them; check-out is also very fast, because several desks are checking in, the room card is directly handed to the front desk attendant. 🌈Fitness facilities: There are gyms and swimming pools, free for guests. The swimming pool is not big 25*5? But the locker room exceeded my expectations, it is very large, in addition to the shower room, sauna room (dry and wet), there is also a dressing room and a lounge chair rest area, hehe, you can also enjoy it here. 🌸 Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. If I have to nitpick, there are still the following shortcomings: 💧 The drawers in the cabinet still have a smell and cannot be used; 💧 There are no paper towels on the desk/bedside in the room, which is inconvenient; 💧 British design, it would be better if it could be equipped with British tea sets; 💧 Several spotlights on the top of the bedroom are broken and have not been replaced; 💧 There is no trash can in the toilet 💧 The outdoor garden on the third floor has fewer flowers and is more like a terrace. The garden on the first floor also has less scenery. Of course, the Victorian garden outside is already a highlight.

The room is very nice and clean. The facilities are well maintained. It is considered a very good Ritz-Carlton in China. The service is a little lacking. I have stayed in Ritz-Carlton in Japan and Guangzhou. The service is very considerate. There is no reception after arriving at the hotel. You have to carry your luggage by yourself. The next day, I wanted to have afternoon tea in the hotel lobby, but there was no priority seat reserved for guests staying in the hotel. The attitude of the short-haired service girl in the lobby lounge was also very bad. It was a hot day in Tianjin at noon, and she asked me if there was a seat outside? Why didn't you sit outside? ? The good mood of the check-in was completely ruined by this waiter.

Overall, I was satisfied. The hardware facilities were complete, the bedding was good, the soundproofing was good, and the sleep quality was good at night. However, the executive additional service functions were limited: 1. Among the five dining hours in the executive lounge, the afternoon tea was relatively good, with two choices and a rich variety; the self-service lunch was not very varied, but the quality was good, the steamed fish and mutton were relatively fresh and tasted good; but the self-service breakfast was too few in variety, not recommended, and it was recommended to go directly to the first floor for breakfast. 2. Coffee was delivered to the room, which was no problem during the day, but when I came back from going out at 21:40 at night (the executive lounge was open until 22:00), I asked for coffee, but the reply said that the coffee machine was turned off and coffee could not be provided. 3. Limousine service, I wanted to go out by car at 11:00 noon, but the reply said that the car had been dispatched, and the earliest the car would return was 3:00 pm, so I couldn't experience it, and I felt that the possibility of being able to make an appointment for a car was not great.

Room hardware: Considering the pricing positioning of the Ritz, and the fact that it was only opened in 2014, the materials used are still too cheap. The photos look okay, but it is very cheap when viewed up close during the day, and it is purely based on the atmosphere lighting at night. Old Western buildings, poor lighting and vision. Hygiene: The room has obvious signs of depreciation and use, and there are many stains on the walls, lights, sofas, etc. Breakfast: The environment is okay, but the food is poor. There are no expensive goods, and the taste is at the canteen level. It is not worth experiencing. Other slots: The Victoria suite given to me has only one living room, not the two living rooms on Ctrip, which is a bit pitfall. In view of the overall harm, I did not raise any objections. The air conditioner was changed during the stay, and it could not be turned off due to continuous cooling. I asked the master to forcibly turn off part of it. It is also a few years old. Also, the hotel has a more obvious smell of old cultural relics, which adds to the charm but is not very comfortable. It depends on your opinion. Summary: It is good to check in once, but the cost performance is not high, so forget it for a second visit. I recommend Four Seasons.

The Ritz-Carlton, Tianjin is truly unique and lives up to its reputation. The European palace style is matched with Chinese blue and white porcelain, and the luxurious artistic feeling can be seen everywhere. The service is also extremely good, and you will know it only after you experience it. It is the kind of hotel that you will not want to leave after staying here.
