We finished our cruise and flew back to Hong Kong the next day from Tianjin. We tried to find a hotel close to the Airport and have a shuttle bus service to the airport early in the morning. This hotel has what we were looking for. The front desk staff were friendly. The shuttle car (for bigger group, they will use a bus) driver was very cheerful, helpful and friendly. We will stay with them again if we ever travel to Tianjin and recommend people to stay with them as well.

本來應該客觀評價，比如衞生 床單 備品 都挺不錯，如果那樣，服務就應該是負分，既然沒有負分，衹能犧牲其它選項。（説白了，一個讓住後影響情緒的酒店，再好的設施都是白搭）
幾個想不到吧：
1、想不到11點20開始有催退房的電話（人在衞生間沒接到）；2、想不到11：23開始有人敲門，還嘗試開門（門外亮燈請勿打擾，房間反鎖，暫時安全。人還在衞生間，不知道是否迴應的時候外面聽不到）；3、想不到11：25開始門外繼續嘗試開門，突破反鎖，但有安全扣，依然安全；4、想不到11：28，直接突破安全扣，打開門（門外沒進來），強調退房，並要求給前台回電話；5、想不到退房過程中所有人都衹問：退房嗎？（從樓層到大堂，從女到男，你們就那麼想客人走嗎？你們有關心過客人住得好不好）；6、想不到酒店給攜程回覆説這是按照規定執行（不知道是錦江酒店集團規定？還是維也納規定？或者是本酒店、經理本人的規定）；7、想不到攜程客服全程積極協調處理後續，態度誠懇，不厭其煩，感謝攜程！

明早趕飛機✈️ 所以選擇了這家酒店 沒想到內部那麼好 性價比超高 而且還可以提供接送機服務哦 不過是一個小時一趟 間隔有點久 建議半小時一趟 硬件設施這些都挺好的 服務周到 good

訂房時確認了沒打疫苗也能住，但當我到了酒店與家人一起辦入住手續時卻推説上級不讓住，因小孩第二天一早要趕國際航班需要早點休息，害得我衹好一人單獨住到別的離機場更遠的酒店去，太不講理了。強烈投訴！

所謂的能接送機都是騙人的，下午4點到機場不接，第二條早上6點半飛機，不送，所謂的接送是在他們有效的時間段裏才行，一直跟信任維也納，去哪個城市都會住，天津這個算叫我漲見識了，訂單房間升級沒有，有早餐前台也一字不提，無語到極點，幾乎沒給過差評，實在忍不住
