I initially booked this hotel for a two-night stay, but after encountering several issues, I chose to cancel one of the nights. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the state of the hotel. The lobby didn’t resemble a real hotel lobby instead, there was a small, unkempt coffee shop in one corner, and the entire area felt unclean, with dirty floors and elevator walls.
The room itself had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was in poor condition, appearing unhygienic. The bed sheets were visibly unclean, prompting us to call reception and request fresh ones.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos because we were too frustrated at the time. To make matters worse, around 7:30 in the morning, guests from other rooms began loudly talking in the hallways, which disrupted our sleep.
Don’t be misled by the photos of this hotel. While the location is convenient, the reality fell far short of our expectations.
