Brilliant experience. Really nice hotel and very welcoming staff. The desk clerk was fluent in English which enhanced my whole experience. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

交通：附近有地鐵站 停車免費🆓
服務：服務人員整體都很客氣 友好
設施：硬件設施有點老氣 陳舊 和酒店外觀很不協調、特別游泳池邊上的休息躺椅太low了、整個大堂裝修氛圍很普通
餐飲：早餐在11層、自助 一般般、也就三星的標準吧
環境：周邊建築很擁擠、但是給人感覺很冷清、附近有個商場K11、也沒什麼人氣

特別滿意！在五一期間，能住到這麼乾淨，人不多，服務好的酒店，實在太幸運了。地理位置也很好，出門方便。入住不用等，前台服務熱情，有求必應。游泳也很方便，自助餐算不上特別美味，但也是物有所值。下次如果還去濱海，還住在這裏！

我很少點評，這次體驗太差了，洗澡淋浴滋牆，就不滋人，該換了吧，首先衞生間沒有一次性浴帽，然後樓層沒有服務員，讓機器人送快一個小時了，我説去前台問下，結果開門機器人在門口，電話也不響……當時都晚上十二點了，然後第二天定外賣，外賣小哥給我放前台，早上七點多，應該沒人用機器人吧，20多分鐘了……我下八層前台沒有早點，，重點，前台衹有一個服務員在打電話，肯定看到我，我穿睡衣，我叫您好，居然無視我，然後我告訴她有一個在大廳電梯口有個機器人寫着故障，，大姐理都不理我，，太差勁了，差評

房間很寬敞，主要是舒服晚上很安靜，清潔的姐姐打掃的也很細，早餐樣式很多，中西都能吃的慣，下次出差必選吖！

酒店整體感不錯，房間乾淨整潔，前台和客房服務員都不錯
早餐有待提高，清明小長假第一天入住率很高，第二天早餐明顯供應不上，第三天就好了很多
