This was once a beautiful hotel, which is easy to see; but unfortunately, in my opinion, its glory has somewhat faded. Although the hotel's service is still 5-star, a modernization and renovation of the facilities would not be an unnecessary luxury.

A great hotel, staff was lovely and very helpful and welcoming, they were eager to help and support. Specifically Ms Sally Ge, the guest service manager, she intervened to help us and provide the best service for me and my family. Location was great and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

I chose this hotel for a family trip. The overall feeling was good. We upgraded the room on the same floor. Ge Rui and Liu Yixin at the front desk provided good service and assisted in issuing invoices. The hotel has pancakes for breakfast, but the variety is a bit limited. Parking is very convenient. The doorman is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to open the door to take the luggage. Superb!
