Major area for improvement is Concierge management. They dont even have a weighing scale for luggages. No one cares about the loading and unloading area outside thel obby. Many times, long waiting vehicles clog that area causing arriving and departing hotel guests with luggages so much inconvenience.

Hotel is nice! 5 stars standard. Although getting very old but management and environment still up to standard. Room is big and clean, The staff Icy Xu, very helpful and nice. I had some technical problem in the room, she arranged people come to fix and following up. Very good service. Breakfast was so so, I have to say still need to improve.
Anyway nice experience for staying!

The service here is very good. The front desk receptionist are all very friendly and kind. All out to service and attend to your request.
In CBD area traffic is easy accessibility to town area. The hotel is big and cozy and also the rooms are all very clean. Very good standard price is also very reasonable. Especially the front desk lady name Holiday. Very helpful and efficient. Looking forward for the next stay in Westin.

Nice hotel. The location was good, with nice buildings around. Plenty of facilities like the swim pool, spa, the gym, etc. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would visit there again.
I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and you could watch a tv show while you are on the treadmill in the gym. Plus, the room has a good view of the city, which is very cool.Really wanted to go again.

Very classy hotel with professionally trained staff.Breakfast nice and widespread of food .Near to Wu da DAO ,7-11, restaurants, malls....etc. Only dislike are the doggies poo on the streets around hotel
