店主客氣，溝通順暢，住宿環境好，房間有洗衣機，還有放鬆用的肩頸按摩器，非常人性化，高層景觀很好，尤其是晚上，可俯瞰天津夜景。下次來還打算住在這裏，推薦！

房東服務很好，接待很及時，房間裏也很乾凈，還有一次性的濕巾、耳機套。屋子裡有小冰箱，裏面有冷飲。我説想安靜一點，房東直接安排了高層，窗户外面的風景也很不錯，電腦配置也很給力，都極為舒適且設計合理。床墊柔軟而支撐力度恰到好處。其次，電競酒店的衞生情況也是一流的。無論是房間還是公共區域，都能感受到一絲絲的清新和乾淨。工作人員經常進行全面的清潔和消毒。電競酒店位於高樓層，因此客房的窗外視野非常開闊。不僅可以欣賞到城市的壯麗風景，還可以遠眺自然美景，總而言之，這裏都能夠提供優質的服務和舒適的環境。

大避雷！！！非常非常非常非常非常差，如果不是因為沒有零分我是不可能給一分的。本來定了三晚，一晚都沒住直接退訂離開了，實在是太噁心了住不了
衞生：首先衞生非常臟，地上到處都是煙頭的痕跡，門口洗衣機上面的枱子也到處都是污漬，牆根全是腳印。電腦的鍵盤上面全都是灰鼠標更是直接包漿了，擦都擦不掉。床上看起來也非常臟，根本不敢躺，被罩直接是散開的，整個床上用品非常皺，不像剛洗過的，合理懷疑根本不會一客一換。整個房間裏面煙味巨重，我在裏面呆了幾個小時，離開頭髮上全是煙味。從來沒住過這麼噁心的酒店，而且並不便宜。
設施：空調是壞的，根本打不開，房間裏面超級冷。電腦不知道是什麼配置，鼠標速度巨慢還調不了，根本沒法玩。
服務：入住很麻煩，你根本找不到地方在哪，給工作人員打電話還要先添加微信。周圍地形非常複雜，在那附近轉了半天才找到位置。
總結：非常臟，非常噁心，根本沒法住，而且並不便宜，用同等價格可以在附近住到一個乾淨的三星級酒店，真不明白憑啥收這些錢。這酒店比招待所還不如，拿這些錢去網吧包夜能包好幾天了

如果能打0分一分都不想給，房間無線信號卡的根本用不了相信大家深有體會，再有一個就是服務極其不好，和前台説了讓阿姨來打掃中間過了五個小時才來打掃中間催了前台四次打電話發消息各種應付，現在服務業招的都是什麼人，阿姨到了説前台剛剛和她説，請問之前和你們説的你們是當我在開玩笑嘛？由此可見服務真心一般，天津其他店就不會這樣，希望民宿老闆能夠加強管理，住了你們家不下十個間夜了，現在已經換到其他門店了這家店的前台員工可能是工作環境不怎麼好，導致戾氣很重吧。下次不會再選擇了哈
