設施：優點是洗漱用品齊全，房間內有全身鏡，投影設備也不錯，另外進出房門是密碼鎖比較方便；缺點是衞生間是公用的，淋浴水量有點小不知道能不能調，衞生間內的洗髮露估計已經過期了或者壞掉了。
衞生：桌面和地板看起來顯臟（但實際上還挺乾淨的），剛進房間會有一股味道，不過床上用品是很乾凈舒適的。
環境：地處一個老破小小區，需要提前打電話諮詢具體居住的樓號單元門牌號（攜程上顯示的門牌號是不存在的），附近好像沒有什麼便利店，但離城建大學很近。
服務：網上完成所有入住退房手續，零接觸，既快速又方便。服務態度也不錯。
