I sincerely appreciate you could upgrade the room. I will continue to use your hotel whenever I visit Tianjin.
I expected to enjoy swimming, however, there were many kids having a lesson in the swimming pool. So, I couldn’t enjoy swimming this time. I hope I could enjoy at the next opportunity.
In addition, I liked the sandwich in the breakfast. However, I noticed the sandwich menu was disappeared this time. I hope the menu will be back someday again.

The hotel is ok but nothing special. Rooms are just same as any budget hotel. Many shops, malls, etc at walking distance.

I booked Holiday Inn on short notice because I was doing business nearby. I was also a member, so the price was very suitable. As a long-established hotel brand, I felt very reassured to stay here. The account manager, Lisa, upgraded us to a suite. The double bathroom design was very satisfying (no need for two people to fight for the bathroom, haha). The service was also very considerate. Thumbs up! I will book this Holiday Inn again when I come here.
