Although we were late, the store came to pick us up. The parking lot was very close to the apar**ent building. There were two authentic Tianjin restaurants next to the parking lot. The Yanchun Tower we had was a halal dish, which was really delicious! The rooms are also very comfortable and beautiful, and the front desk service is also in place. It is a very good experience. It is highly recommended and it is very close to the Ancient Culture Street and Tianjin Eye. You don’t need to take a taxi, you can walk, you can walk to the Ancient Culture Street and the night market under the Tianjin Eye. There are also many good snacks, it is a very pleasant journey

🌟亮點特色：有多款房型可以選擇，這一次我選了極美河景房間。又參觀了南灣等房間，感覺每個房間都各有特色，每個房間都有絕美景色。所以，均能滿足需要。

🛏房間設施：房間的床品都是一客一換，也有消毒水擦拭各處。吹風機、毛巾、拖鞋、洗漱用品均有，拎包入住。

29樓頂層。民宿一般。在物業登記🤔全程沒見到前台工作人員。有點兒擔心床單被罩是否更換清洗～第二天還是更換了連鎖酒店。用了積分抵扣51元週五214元還行吧。

民宿地理位置十分優越，下樓就是獅子林橋，海河邊，晚上的海河夜景很漂亮，走到天津之眼十分鐘左右，很方便，古文化街也是幾分鐘的路程，29樓看出去的夜景也不錯。

其實有點不想評價本次的天津之行，原本我爺爺往上都算是天津人，對天津這個城市很有別樣的感情，再加上大過年的也不想討人嫌，但是離開的時候發生的一點小插曲，再想起這一晚的住宿越想越不舒服。
先説衞生吧，真不是很乾凈，我們廚房裡邊有一個門洞，裡邊是布草房。洗手間的水池有很多水垢，下水道很明顯的往上返澡堂子的那股子潮味兒。
設施方面，這個房子裏有兩個洗手間，但是其中一個熱水器是壞的，另一個洗手間因為有窗（且沒有暖氣）很冷，就是説晚上根本不具備洗澡的條件。冰箱沒有插電，這一點其實還是想善意的提醒一下店家，冰箱最好要一直開着，其實不會耗費很多電，單獨啟動的話更費電，而且用過的冰箱如果沒清潔得很乾凈再不插電，裡邊真的就非常慘不忍睹了。
小建議：門縫有點大，不隔音還漏風，店家可以貼個密封條，幾塊錢的事情，但會很實用。
壓死駱駝的最後一根稻草：我們晚上回來發現沒有暖氣，然後空調怎麼調也一直沒有暖風，後來放棄了，然後第二天早上9點暖風自己開了。我很奇怪就問了一下店家並懷疑是不是設定定時了，因為我沒有找到定時功能，結果店家給我的回覆是可能是上一個客人設定的。我直接大無語，希望下一個客人看到我的評價能知道，最少不是我設定定時的。而且換一個思路就是店家每客走後應該也不會檢查電器設施吧，衹是保潔阿姨清理一下衞生而已（個人猜測沒別的意思）
總體感覺就是這樣的，真實情況是晚上凍的洗不了澡，睡不了覺，真的很不舒服，希望店家修繕一下房間的破敗之處，給我們出門在外的人一個更好的休息空間。
另外看介紹這個房子是18年開業的，刨去三年疫情衹是經營了三年不到的時間就給霍霍成這樣，我也挺為店家心疼的，畢竟看照片剛營業的時候一定是一個很不錯的選擇，所以也很呼籲住客們一定也要愛惜別人家的東西。
最後的最後再提醒一下店家，大門的密碼鎖不太好使了，不知道是不是電池問題，那天晚上密碼盤説什麼也不顯示，差點沒進去
