The room is very good, it is a castle, the floor height is four or five meters, the area is large, and the facilities are exquisite. The swimming pool is great, a 50-meter standard swimming pool, there are few people in winter, and I swam with my children for an afternoon. There is a WeChat butler service when staying in the hotel, which is convenient for asking anything. They proactively ask if you need mineral water or if you need to check out late. The surrounding area is Dongli Lake, which is very comfortable to walk around. There is also Happy Valley. You can watch the fireworks show at 20:10 from the front of the hotel balcony. It is only available on weekends, and we just caught up. Of course, there are also regrets, that is, the occupancy rate is not high, which makes the entire resort a bit shabby, there are not many types of restaurants, and the hot springs are a bit outdated. It is still at the operating level of 10 years ago, and there are no entertainment projects. The gym has good equipment but no one, and other billiards and entertainment projects are charged separately. Almost no one plays, and it is very deserted. The roads in the park should also be repaired. It can be seen that there is no money to repair them. The former glory is gone. All in all, the room rate is worth it. If everything is done well, the room rate will double. I am very satisfied with this level of hotel at this price.

The butler Wang Lei is professional and very friendly, responding to my needs quickly and doing everything he can to help. Whether it is room arrangement or providing personalized service, he did an excellent job. This high level of service added a lot to my entire stay. The catering is a bit disappointing. I was told that the hotel buffet restaurant is only open on weekends during the New Year's Eve. The breakfast selection is quite rich, but the taste and quality of the ingredients did not meet my expectations. The hygiene of the plates also needs to be improved. In addition, the service speed is not fast enough, and sometimes you have to wait for a long time to get served. As a ten-year hot spring hotel, some of the equipment here does look a bit old. The tiles and decorations in the hot spring area are beginning to wear and tear, and the furniture in the guest rooms also needs to be updated. Although the hot spring water itself is very comfortable, the overall maintenance and modernization of the facilities can be improved. The overall feeling is like a rural resort. If this is the expectation, it may be easier to accept. Overall, the butler service is a highlight and makes people feel the warmth of home. However, the aging of catering and facilities and the inability to keep up with the service are issues that cannot be ignored.

It is very refreshing to soak in it. The customer service manager Zhao Yonghe and the housekeeper provide thoughtful and meticulous service. It is a good New Year's Eve. There is a countdown at 9 o'clock and there are many colorful activities.
