It was inconvenient to carry my luggage up because there were no stairs, but the facilities of the accommodation were very clean and good, the staff was kind and there were many people😁

Location - not ideal but acceptable as within walking distance to transport facilities
Housekeeping very well maintained - credit to the floor cleaner who is friendly and accommodating
Counter staff - friendly and accommodating, could be better if they can also converse in English

Great hotel - have been here multiple times. Location is decent with only a short walk to Yingkoudao. Accidentally left my passport here and the staff were helpful in getting it back to me.

The hotel is in the Magnotel building; they share the same entrance. The location is convenient and has several metro stations around (42 minutes to Tianjinnan and 26 minutes to Tianjinxi).
There are repairs going on, so at times you might hear the sound, but it's not too disturbing. The room is clean and equipped with basic necessities.

The room was very basic but clean, it was a little hard to navigate the building as the entrance was through another hotel next door. The staff were kind and it was fast and easy to check in.

The hygiene was not very good floor was dirty and there were hair on sheets.
