我就住在酒店附近小區，因為小區我家這棟樓不知什麼原因失火了，當時家裡只有長者，我父母聯繫我，我馬上回家，因為火勢消防員還沒有控制住我們都在樓下焦急的等着，等到消防隊控制住火勢後可以出入了我馬上爬上樓去查看長者情況，然後簡單收拾了一些必需品帶着長者就爬下樓來了這家酒店，我們4點多過來入住，前台服務很熱情周到，看到我家長者有點慌張就和長者聊了下天，通過聊天我家長者也慢慢的穩定了情緒這點很好。因為不知道什麼時候家裡恢復就先定了兩天的房間，房間挺乾淨比較温馨，因為白天我們都在上班長者帶着孩子出行不方便，吃飯就給長者點了外賣，酒店安全方面很好外賣放到外賣存放處不可以直接上樓，我們通過給長者打電話告訴他們外賣到了下去取，由於是我們定的長者不清楚是那個外賣，到前台讓服務員幫忙給看下，前台小姐姐很仔細的幫我家長者核對外賣單上的電話，前台也怕給取錯了，很感謝。酒店打掃大姐也很熱情看我家長者帶孩子入住給了很多幫助，對於這次入住感謝酒店服務員的熱情接待和幫助，有機會再來入住。

住宿環境還不錯，住的也不可以，住的時候整體來説房間户型呀，都不錯，大小也合適，價位在天津來説也算優惠，當時正值跨年夜，整體挺滿意

我從來不怎麼寫評價的，但是入住這個酒店讓我感到非常温暖和熱情。我們是同學約着中秋假期一起來玩兩天，在網上看了好幾家酒店，覺得這家位置不錯，評價也挺好，最重要是看着性價比很高，就訂了這家。坐火車坐了半天，一下車就趕過來想趕緊休息，沒想到中秋假期人這麼多，大廳全是人了，前台非常禮貌説可以先坐下稍等一會，旁邊有酸梅湯和糖果，原本着急的心情也全消失了。稍等了幾分鐘，前台就立刻給我們辦理了入住，詢問我們有沒有什麼要求，並解釋了假期人有點多向我們表達抱歉，還送了一張非常精美的賀卡，手寫了祝福語很用心！不過我們退房的時候還發生了一件小插曲，原本在酒店門口等車，前台給打電話問是不是落了一個身份證，我們趕緊檢查包裏，果然是我身份證落房間了，還好及時打電話給我，否則到了火車站就麻煩了[流淚]最後我想説，這次天津之旅非常開心，住的開心玩的開心，下次再來還會選擇入住的！

在這家酒店已經住了好長時間了，在這期間看到酒店在一點點的變化。天已經冷了，已經開始供暖，我房間有點不熱，找客房時他們也在每個房間查看暖氣温度，客房和工程師傅一起給我房間驚醒了檢修、暖氣放氣，我的房間熱了起來很舒服。説下酒店的變化，首先大門口換了一個新的擋風門簾，以前前台桌面擺放了很多擺牌，現在換了一個可愛的招財貓帶二維碼的擺台，前台桌面空間就體現出來了，還添加了一個衞客人提供方便的收納盒，裏面放了一些護手霜、酒精、口罩女士的一些小頭繩、卡子、卸粧水很方便，正好冬天乾燥用護手霜擦擦手[強]。房間了也一次性馬桶墊和小袋洗衣液，很實用。所説酒店都是增加了一些小東西，可在我們客人眼裡是酒店服務的增加給我們提供了便捷。酒店的服務也很好因為住的時間較長前台的小美女和客房大姐都很熟絡的和我打招呼當然對其他客人也很熱情，房間打掃很乾凈，每次都把我的物品收放在一塊，我回來看到後很整齊舒服。總之酒店五福到位，房間乾淨，很棒。以後還是會回來繼續入住的，感謝每一位服務員對我的服務。

臨時起意去天津玩，凌晨入住的，前台挺好，大晚上的耐心給辦理，就是環境衞生太差了，進屋子有股味，開了一路車太累了，躺下就睡了，開着通風睡了一晚上，早上起來想沖個澡，一開淋浴間門，一股刺鼻的騷氣味特別重，地上上個住户在裏面尿了，打掃衞生都沒沖洗。衞生太差了，早晨洗漱的心情都沒了，直接走了
