停車不方便，口下吃飯的地方也不是很多，需要走幾公里裏才行。老房子重新裝修的，衞生＆設施還行。個別房間下水道聲音很大，吵的沒休息。關鍵是，你不洗漱也很大聲，猜測那個房間管道是下水末端

房間是無窗的，還可以，湊活睡一覺，建議早上阿姨打掃衞生晚一點，不要打擾客人休息，離火車站很近，很方便

第一次來濱海，在這個酒店一共住了兩個晚上，辦理入住時前台小姐姐的服務態度超級超級好，搞衞生的阿姨也十分熱情，還為我推薦周邊景點。酒店地理位置不錯，離塘沽站步行幾分鐘就到。酒店全屋智能，衞生比較乾淨，房間不大，但是很温馨，住得踏實。如果下次有機會再來濱海的話，還會選擇這裏。

水壺裡骯臟的水垢，衞生間噁心的尿漬，牆上遍佈的腳印，水龍頭上遍佈的水垢，枕上保留着上一位客人的頭髮，為生間泡過水的衞生紙。
還有種種就不多説了
趕緊把保潔阿姨辭退了吧…難以想象，這是一家2024年開業的連鎖酒店
這個酒店唯一值得讚的，就是前台美麗的小姐姐的服務態度。其他一無是處趕緊倒閉吧

新裝修的酒店，各個方面的設施都很不錯。房間寬敞，床墊舒適，衞生條件也沒得説。整體裝修感覺很温馨。

好評都是買的一樣服務也跟不上，不給評論發票都不給開的墨跡，還得先截圖後開發票，一樓還有買早餐的，一上樓很味，出差的先問問能不能開發票。

設施：電視不算小，馬桶智能，房間裏有個小愛同學，但是房間特別小，進門就相當於衹有床，床旁邊就是廁所，廁所小到洗澡的地方衹有一個多馬桶大小，而且坐在馬桶上彎腰都能碰到頭，開門的時候站在門後人就會碰到馬桶
衞生：一般般衹能説是屋裡有股很淡的黴味
環境：廁所反味而且房間整個都特別潮開了空調也不頂用，衣服洗了兩天還沒幹，而且炸雞放桌子一個小時回來上面都有水珠了真受不了，衞生間的廁紙也是潮的
服務：這個但還是可以的有客房打掃送水什麼的，外賣也能送到屋門口

房間還行，設施也蠻OK的，衞生也可以，雖然房間略顯擁擠，衹是晚上休息，足夠了。
中年大叔和一個前台小夥都很熱情，態度好；另一個晚上和早晨在前台的小夥態度和臉色永遠都是不客氣不耐煩。
酒店那麼多下一次就選別家唄。
