第一次來濱海，在這個酒店一共住了兩個晚上，辦理入住時前台小姐姐的服務態度超級超級好，搞衞生的阿姨也十分熱情，還為我推薦周邊景點。酒店地理位置不錯，離塘沽站步行幾分鐘就到。酒店全屋智能，衞生比較乾淨，房間不大，但是很温馨，住得踏實。如果下次有機會再來濱海的話，還會選擇這裏。

水壺裡骯臟的水垢，衞生間噁心的尿漬，牆上遍佈的腳印，水龍頭上遍佈的水垢，枕上保留着上一位客人的頭髮，為生間泡過水的衞生紙。
還有種種就不多説了
趕緊把保潔阿姨辭退了吧…難以想象，這是一家2024年開業的連鎖酒店
這個酒店唯一值得讚的，就是前台美麗的小姐姐的服務態度。其他一無是處趕緊倒閉吧

新裝修的酒店，各個方面的設施都很不錯。房間寬敞，床墊舒適，衞生條件也沒得説。整體裝修感覺很温馨。

設施：電視不算小，馬桶智能，房間裏有個小愛同學，但是房間特別小，進門就相當於只有床，床旁邊就是廁所，廁所小到洗澡的地方只有一個多馬桶大小，而且坐在馬桶上彎腰都能碰到頭，開門的時候站在門後人就會碰到馬桶
衞生：一般般衹能説是屋裡有股很淡的黴味
環境：廁所反味而且房間整個都特別潮開了空調也不頂用，衣服洗了兩天還沒幹，而且炸雞放桌子一個小時回來上面都有水珠了真受不了，衞生間的廁紙也是潮的
服務：這個但還是可以的有客房打掃送水什麼的，外賣也能送到屋門口

雖然房間裏設備盡顯高級，應該是新裝修不久，但是衞生真不行，我本來説要不就換一間吧，家人説不想折騰了，好在我出門都是自備洗漱用品和一次性床品，房間空間也可以，就忍下了

老闆很好，房間不大但設施新，衞生不錯但水龍頭能見水痕，洗澡水熱，是不錯的一晚

113號房間衞生間反味非常嚴重，玩了一下午晚上才回酒店，剛進去衹感覺廁所有股💩味，還以為是上一個房客上廁所沒開排氣扇，結果我開了一晚上排氣扇還是臭，尤其入住以後關了門不透氣，廁所外面也瀰漫著一股💩味，關上廁所門也不管用，去找前台換房，那個男的態度十分敷衍，就説換不了沒辦法，指責我説的太遲了，也不提任何解決措施，一副我應該自認倒黴的樣子，大晚上懶得折騰了第二天還要趕火車，就那麼將就睡了，反正衹要在房間外面待一會再進去，就會感覺惡臭難忍，一度以為有人拉房間裏了，要不是今天退房的美女前台態度良好表達了歉意，我是想給差評的，房間本身有問題，有空房還理直氣壯的不給換，就知道搪塞顧客，有這種人存在簡直是在給酒店招黑。
