臨時有事來津定的房間，開始下單時看了這家店面因為高鐵到天津西站，離這邊不遠，距離我要去的地方也不遠，這邊公交站就在門口，兩條線路直達天津站海河廣場市中心。週二來的本來打算先定訂兩天的，效果不好可以再選擇周圍其他酒店，結果住了兩天覺得非常好，索性就追加了3天。阿姨每天打掃，前台服務熱情，進出都主動微笑打招呼。辦入住的前台就很熱情周到，WIFI如何連接和門卡如何使用做了詳盡的描述，這幾天也非常炎熱，因為天氣熱這幾天我喝水比較多，出門時樓層阿姨也主動給我瓶水告訴我路上渴了喝水。最後一天我退房時正值週日下雨，來的時候也沒有提前看天津這邊的天氣預報，週日也必須返程了，退房當時還未下雨當時陰天，前台服務人員十分熱情的詢問了我帶沒帶雨傘，確實這次出行比較實失誤沒有帶雨具，但是再來不知道什麼時候了也許下個月也許過兩個月無法給酒店及時歸還雨傘，説了一下前台服務人員反應機敏當即表示有措施可以給我一個一次性雨衣應急，哎呀，當時真是相當激動了，真是幫大忙了，小妹妹也説了“辦法總比困難多”，真是這服務太讚了，在我最需要幫助的時候想辦法給予了幫助，必須給出星好評，實至名歸的好評，服務體驗感超級好超五星好評！下次再來，也會推薦同事都來！

本來打算訂兩天的，因為高鐵🚄到天津西站，離這邊不遠。住了兩天覺得非常好，索性就追加了五天。這邊公交站就在門口，兩條線路直達天津站海河廣場市中心。阿姨每天打掃，前台服務熱情，進出都主動微笑😊打招呼。唯一美中不足的是電視機沒信號，希望改進一下，瑕不掩瑜，我給五星好評。

一星都不想給，太垃圾的地方，服務極差，房間不給水，東西也不給換，還**特意囑咐更換，關鍵是噁心的前台，勢利眼，不就穿臟一點麼，***那眼神，*********，

對於一個不近視的人來説 ，頭髮的存在真的很明顯，其上桌子上還有 我擦掉了，後來又在地板上 還有臉盆裏發現了好多，真的好無語呀～第一次遇到這種情況（圖片內容是地板上還有臉盆裏的頭髮），上床前仔細看了一下，覺得沒有才放心

我們是兩位老年人都已經68歲啦，因為老伴兒身體問題一直在人民醫院看病，拿葯方便，雖然也是吧本地的但是離家住的遠我們不方便來回倒騰，就是商量着找個旅店住着方便吧，就這麼著我們就找了離醫院近的這麼個旅店。住了呀都差不多一個月了吧，我們歲數大什麼也趕不上什麼潮流腦子也慢了，也沒時間天天麻煩孩子們給定房間，前台這些個孩子們呀都特別的棒，教會了用手機定房間，也常常幫我老伴兒退快遞，年紀大了嘛也不會，在外多虧了她們，天天看着她們也挺忙的還能幫我們不點麻煩的幫我們取快遞，聯繫商家退快遞，訂房間，跟我們聊聊天，出門進去的天天也能囑咐我們今天兒怎麼樣啦熱了冷了添衣服減衣服的，看着他們我們也是不捨得走，這是快過節了得回家歇幾天等過完節再回去，這一個月屋裡東西也多，客房打掃衞生的服務員給幫忙拿到了電梯臨了也囑咐我們道上注意，孩子也給叫了個車到酒店門口我們拿東西就走了，待了會兒前台的孩子來電話説我有東西遺留在了一樓電梯門口，我們也都不記得了，車也沒開遠趕緊回去一看好嘛這個書包可太重要了值錢的東西呀證件什麼的都在裏面了，可真是太謝謝他們了要不我們得急死，真是腦子不行光想着着急走了這都不記得了。回去之後我跟老伴研究了半天怎麼給他們宣傳宣傳，都這麼好真是感謝這些孩子們這一個來月的照顧，就這麼的我們寫了這個來給他們點贊和表示由衷的感謝。希望他們天天都快快樂樂。

來這邊考試呀所以訂了酒店，選擇這家店沒有別的想法衹是覺得距離上很佔優勢，來之前做了交通上的攻略，很便捷，周圍因為緊挨着居民區所以吃飯也很方便。房間乾淨整潔一塵不染，雖然裝潢看出了年代感，但細節都很到位。在前台辦理入住時讓我感受頗深，我到的時候真值高峯期，雖然人很多，等了會兒但也是讓我才感受到店家的温暖，工作人員都很熟練，每個人也都細心的詢問是否考試來入住的，這點很贊，我當時沒想那麼多，衹是認為他們是例行公事的進行彙總詢問，但她們是為了得知入住人的目的後會多提醒以些注意事項，有的會提醒房間燈光如果覺得暗，可以借取枱燈；有需求打印准考證的可以幫忙打印。真的很貼心又耐心。真的是有條不紊，這是很難得的，在這麼多人中又能保質保量！最要誇一誇的是贈送考生的這個小禮物，雖然不是什麼貴重但是足見酒店的用心，前台小姐姐臨走還祝了我考試成功，這個小禮物圖個好彩頭，真是很開心的呢！我會一直留着做個紀念，也祝店家興隆！感謝Thanks♪（･ω･）ﾉ
