Wreaked of cigarette smoke, even though they said no smoking allowed - their employees were smoking on the floor outside my hotel room….
Not clean, asked for a new pillow as mine had hair on it and they said they had no extra pillows. Didn’t look like it was advertised at all.

這是我多年來差勁的一家酒店，酒店沒有停車位，打電話給酒店，按照酒店的指示把車停到酒店門口便道就行，結果被警察貼了條。找酒店人員協商怎麼解決。前台小姑娘叫出店長，這位店長一出來就一付甩鍋的嘴臉。讓我找交管去，跟他們沒關係。還説他就是胡攪蠻纏了。這種對自身錯誤毫無擔當、對顧客極盡敷衍的態度，實在讓人不齒。作為服務行業，連最基本的責任意識和溝通禮儀都沒有，既給顧客造成了實際損失，又帶來了極差的心情。真心不推薦任何人選擇這家店，誰來誰後悔！差勁👎👎👎
