Urba Hotel（Wangdingdi Subway Station Store）

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in over the years. The hotel has no parking spaces, so I called the hotel and followed the hotel's instructions to park my car on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, but I was ticketed by the police. I talked to the hotel staff about how to solve it. The girl at the front desk called the store manager, and the manager had a face that was trying to pass the buck as soon as he came out. He told me to go to the traffic police and it had nothing to do with them. He also said that he was just making trouble. This kind of attitude of having no responsibility for one's own mistakes and being extremely perfunctory to customers is really disgusting. As a service industry, they don't even have the most basic sense of responsibility and communication etiquette, which not only caused actual losses to customers, but also brought a very bad mood. I really don't recommend anyone to choose this store, whoever comes here will regret it! Terrible👎👎👎

There was some leftover garbage from the previous guest in the room (I only found out about it later). At first I didn't know what the unidentified object was in the plastic packaging, so I informed the front desk. It turned out that an uncle (who said he was sent by the front desk) took it away from the room. The front desk didn't give any explanation afterwards 😢
